This doesn't look like double fries. The receipt said dble fries also....Never again. I should have went to panda express like I planned and got more food for the $$.
I want to start by saying this hands down is the best Zaxbys. My husband and I and of course our sweet doggie go to the Zaxby's probably five times a week. We go here for more than just the good food but the exceptional service we get from the people who work there. They are so polite they're always wearing a smile on their face they go above and beyond when doing their job which in this day and time is rare to find people who care about their job and who are Pleasant while doing their job. They're always so kind to us they remember us they always wave and smile and say hi to us every time we show up there. We go through the drive-thru so that's all we can review on but if there as great inside as they are working the drive-thru window it would be an amazing experience as well. I definitely recommend this Zaxby's. I hope the management that reads this recognizes the wonderful workers they have and appreciate what they bring to the table. We go there between 11:00 and 4:00 in the afternoon so if you go during those times you're sure to get great service. I'm sure you can get great service at any time at this location our experience is between 11 and 4:00. We would rather have great service with decent food any day of the week than to have great food with horrible service. Something about having bad service makes everything else seem unpleasant . When you go through the drive-thru tell him the Joneses sent you tell them you heard they make great well done fries they'll know who you're talking about and they'll never forget who you are either. Also want to state the food is better than just okay it's as good as the service which is more than great. Definitely would recommend if you like Zaxby's to drive to this one even if it takes you a little while to get here.
Food is fine but every time I go through the drive through line they make me pull up and park. I realize they are judged on their drive thru times but this is ridiculous there was no one behind me the last time I pulled through and this time all I ordered was chicken fingers. They should not have customers pull through to have a fake drive through time.
Good location! Food was quick, hot, and good. The boneless wings have perfect texture. The only down side is that the price is a bit steep and the portions are small. The sweet tea was off the chain.
Ordered 5 tenders and a medium fry. $11..... The food wasn't even hot, fries were obviously old and they wanted extra money for BBQ sauce.... I won't be back to Zaxbys ever.....
Zaxby's has always been one of my favorite franchises. In fact, my husband and I have eaten at Zaxby's throughout the Southeast. And the good news? This particular location is the very BEST! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and the restaurant is squeaky clean. Great job!
House Salad with grilled chicken. About $11. Was very large. Enough for two.
Was also delish. Will have again.
The order is always missing something they rush you through the drive thru the sodas are never right it's never ever got my coleslaw the chicken is however always hot and fresh
