The visit this evening was okay. The wait for food was longer than usual. The chicken parm fries were okay but not worth the price. Tried this for the first time, but I probably wouldn't get it again.
The Cheddar bites appeared to be way lacking on serving size. I even asked them if that was correct and was told it is. Again, it seems like Zaxby's is slacking on cheddar bites portion sizes and not worth $5 for that amount of bites. Employees were friendly though, and the entire was nice.
I have been coming this Zaxby's for several years and never had an issue. Today I ordered my food through the mobile app. I ordered it about 10 minutes before I got to the restuarant and expected it to be ready when I arrived. I drove through the drive through to tell them about my mobile order and they told me to pull around to the front and wait and someone would bring the order out to me. So I did and waited 10 minutes and no one came outside. So I drove back to through the drive through and finally got my food after 20 minutes of waiting. Then the girl name Elise handed me my drinks. They were full of ice and I asked for no ice. I asked for them to be remade because by the time I get home the ice would be half melted. She took the drinks back and said she remade them. Then Elise handed me the drinks and laughed in my face rudely. I drove all the way home and then realized the drinks had ice in them and that Elise never remade the drinks. I dumped the ice into my sink and the drinks weren't even half full with coke. So I had to drive back to Zaxbys to get the drinks that I paid for. It's a shame that customer service doesn't exist anymore. I'm honestly seriously worried about gen z and future generations. They won't get far in life treating people like this. I will go to the Chickfila next door next time.
Everytime I’m in the drive through the employees play games with the menu they purposely act like you didn’t order something or confuse the order.
The give you a smaller box missing chicken and make you walk back in.
I had to park my car for them to give me the rest of the chicken….. the employees aren’t trustable someone needs to check in if they’re treating customers correct… not that hard. And even handling food properly…
They gave me 3 pieces of chicken soggy fries when I back in they were rude. I had paid $16 for the order the number 3…
Ordered the nibbler plate, and it was really good. The chicken tenders were moist. The Zax sauce was perfect. The customer service was really good. I ordered a unsweet tea and lemonade and they did a perfect. I have no complaints about them way to go keep up the great customer service.

I pay for sauce I always get asked if I want Zac sauce I said no I don’t want it I want garlic buffalo. My bosses food is never right . Last time she had me order a mr beast box it was missing chocolate bar and the garlic buffalo sauce and the cheese things. I’m quite irritated at how much money my boss spends at different locations and this one doesn’t seem to remember sauces a customer has paid for in the orders and gives Zaxbys sauce!!
I called and told the manager for them to tell me if I like they can give me the sauce on the next visit . NO I WANT THE SAICE BEFORE I GET TO MY BOSSES LOCATION. Thanks.
They should definitely keep Vanessa L at the window. Great customer service, super nice and accommodating. Plus the food came out hot and fresh. Will definitely recommend this location. I’ll be back! Thank you Vanessa
Not happy with this location. Ordered the traditional wings and received three fried chicken tenders. The fries were also so seasoned they were not edible due to saltiness of them. Overall not a good experience.
I have came to terms that people in Orlando do not know how to serve quality and tasty dishes, nevertheless know how to do basic wings. Pretty sad. Save your money by cooking at home
