I've been going to Zava for 4 years now and have been seeing Chris for some time. The stylists are friendly and know how to help you decide on a cut that suits your hair the best. As a mom of a 4 year old with a FT job, I don't have lots of time to get hair cuts, so I don't go as often as I should. But I always leave there feeling like a million bucks! I highly recommend.this salon.
Very nice place, and everyone is professional!Megan was so nice, and so accommodating! I love what she did to my hair! I would recommend this place to my family, and friends! ✨

Terrible customer service. The first time I went I waited 40 minutes for the stylistYes sometimes there are situationsWhich are unavoidable and we have to be patient I was patient. After the cut I made aSecond appointment and when I arrived I was again told she would b late.by about 1hr. I had to reschedule because of time.they did. The day of the appointment I was called and they said they would not take me because I rescheduled. Poor customer service and business practices. They did not take responsibility for their poor scheduling practices but put the blame on me their customer

She noted WRONG NAME as hairdresser.
IT WAS NOT " CHERITY".
It was written by my daughter who was VERY UPSET. She had not given me enough time to help resolve situation.
Since then OWNER CHRIS was very responsive in helping resolve the issue.
Although i was just informed that my daughter noted the WRONG NAME... it WAS NOT CHERITY.... i want anyone who might have read the review to know.
I've been going to salon for years, and Chris has been AMAZING!!

Knowing how CHARITY along with other workers survive on reputation and gratuities i needed to let readers know asap.

I got my hair done by Charity. I have never been to a hairdresser who did not know anything about hair, especially hair coloring. She completely messed up the color and cut the back of my hair unevenly as if she were blind. I wouldn’t recommend this hairdresser to my worst enemy. Although she was nice, I would never ever go back to her.
I love my new hair! They were very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with the cut and style. It was my first time there and it won't be my last!
My daughters (18 + 11) love everything about here. Good service,good attitudes and good hair styles/cuts every time. No COVID concerns or fears. They are diligent and protective of all! ????????
