The chicken Florentine is not chicken Florentine. It's breaded chicken with a single tomato slice and cheese on top with sauceless pasta.. I asked if it was a mistake that they forgot the sauce but was assured it was there??
Super expensive for what little mediocre food you get. We had a very nice waitress though.
The place was so relaxing. My wife and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Not to mention the customer service we got from Natalie she was so helpful and patience with our food selection. She took great care of us. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The pricing was also good everyone was so friendly and warm. Thank you all so much. We appreciate you “ Natalie❤️
Had dinner there tonight. Walking by and saw the great atmosphere so stopped in. Chicken Marsala special was phenomenal. One of the best Marsala dinners I’ve ever had. Chicken was perfectly tenderized, linguine was Al Dente. Mixed veggies superbly sautéed. Homemade garlic bread with olive oil/balsamic dipping sauce. Tiramisu was fantastic! Presentation of all was amazing! Our server, Val, could not have been better! Friendly, welcoming, helpful, attentive. She was fabulous! Only downfall was that she was a Yankees fan! ????. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go here again!!!!!
The atmosphere is more romantic than the other restaurants on S. Beach St. Their wine is a little overpriced, but they have a good selection. Their food is wonderful and has never disappointed. I recommend the garlic knots as an appetizer. The service is great. Each server is kind and very knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant has outdoor seating and a few tabletop fire pits that are perfect for a chilly night. I highly recommend Zappi's for a date night or cocktails with friends.
Tried for the first time tonight, will not be our last. The restaurant is cozy, the patio dining is on the next level (beautiful). Garlic knots are not to be missed. Delicious, soft knots with the perfect amount of crushed garlic and oil. The red sauce was just right. I had the chicken florentine. It was so good. Wouldn't change a thing, it was better than I hoped. I tasted the pasta with vodka sauce, wow! To top it off the service was perfect from Annie. We will return, we will bring family and friends, and take my word for it.. you'll be glad you tried this place. I'm so glad we did.
The place have a really good atmosphere, it is located on a patio and they also use it as an eating area. We were a large party (15) but they accommodated us very well and the server was really nice. The food took a while but I think it is because we were a large party. Everything was warm, and my pasta was really well prepared (gluten-free) .
Definitely, we want to come back here for more.

However, what really stood out was the outstanding service provided by the waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Wonderful place! Real Italian food… meatballs aren’t frozen “SOY” Balls… Sauce is perfect. Definitely worth going to this Italian restaurant… atmosphere is inviting and staff is superb!
