If you're ever looking for a place to take your kids for New Year's Eve that doesn't close early like everywhere else...Zap Zone is it!
We had a blast! There was a lot to do so we stayed busy the full 3 hours we were there. Never heard an "I'm bored". They handed out new years tiaras/hats, leis, noise makers and glow sticks. The balloon drop was a nice added touch to give it that New Year's feel. Definitely a great time for a good price compared to most places on NYE. It was $35 for unlimited play however, go karts were an extra $9 per person. Arcade games are extra and you have to buy their specific grip socks to wear in certain areas. It was still worth it though in my book. Definitely recommend.

Really late to writing this review but I have been going to this location for years. I've had several of my kid's birthday parties here. Everyone ALWAYS has an amazing time. You can easily spend 4-6 hours here.
They have a lot of promotions depending on what day of the week you come or select days of each month.
I should mention that during the week it is very slow. This is great for my family bc sometimes the kids get worked up with all the lights and sounds. So it's nice when it's emptier and my small kids aren't interrupting anyone else game or space.
I like to come on Thursday night and the games are half off. It's always a great time.
The staff is super nice and friendly.
We had my son's birthday party here at 4pm the Friday of Memorial Day weekend (today).
Venue was not very crowded. However seemed short staffed. Existing staff was nice. Package was as described. Party was self run by us, the hosts, the staff only opened the room and delivered the food and ran the activities.
The pizza was very garlicky and delicious.
Seemed like they were running the laser tag every 30 minutes? So don't waste too much time waiting around for laser tag. They will make an announcement. The laser tag attendant was very friendly and answered all the little kids questions so nicely.
It was a party for 10 kids, they had 10 bumber cars, but one was broken.
The space is loud (even when not crowded) and could be overwhelming for some children, but our kids just added to the chaos.
The party room had partially poor acoustics and we could here the party next to us.
Bathroom were clean.
My son said it was the best day ever.
We'd do it again!
We set up a mini birthday party last minute and Ricky took care of everything! Kids were happy, busy with tons of games and events then left in a food coma after all the food.
Great value for sure and the guy walked us through all kinds of packages and deals. Very happy we came here and will be definitely returning! The kids did the go-karts, ninja warrior courses, this pixel thing on the floor, glowing mini golf, a ton of arcade games and bumper cars. Place feels like a casino with all the lights and crazy colors.
Would recommend this place to anyone with hyper kids. They will sleep well afterward
What a wonderful place to spend a day with the family! Alex (aka shadow if you're in the know) was an awesome Lazer tag host and made sure everyone had a good time. The rest of the staff was very patient with the kids. Can't wait to spend more Saturdays here!
Did the Dr. Trauma escape room for my birthday with my friends. It was SO much fun. My first time doing one and it was just a blast. Our room master was Willow and she was just fantastic, helpful, but still made sure we had a great time! Highly recommend the escape rooms! Can't wait to go back and try another!!
Tom in the go kart area upstairs is such a wonderful asset to ZapZone. He is so kind and wonderful with kids. Truly a gem and we really enjoyed meeting him. Thanks a bunch Tom!! ☺️
Went on a Monday afternoon and we were the only people there! All of their games worked fine and the place was fairly clean. Would definitely go back to this location
