Zandra is a true professional! Definitely a hidden gem!! She keeps up with current trends, continues to educate herself and is a master of her trade. She listens and will guide you for what you want. I came in wanting to go grey/ brown and keep my length. After a thoughtful consultation i changed direction and couldnt be happier!
This was by far the best hair cut experience I've had in the USA since arriving 10 years ago from Europe. The salon was exceptionally clean and organized. We are new to Naples and I found Zandra on Google maps. I texted her via Google maps at 11:30pm on a Saturday (not expecting a reply until the next day or 2), she responded almost immediately. Zandra is awesome! She accommodated us on a Sunday afternoon. If you live in or are visiting Naples, she is your go to gal! So very personable and professional. Zandra even took the time to show my 14 year old different ways to style her hair and explain what products and tools to use to get the different looks. She even told her if she had questions about styling her hair to just call or text her or she could come in and Zandra would show her how to use other products and methods. She is so awesome! We will definitely be going back for all our follow up hair care! Thanks Zandra!

Had to change my review because of my past experience.
I came to color my hair ( dark brown, it’s not hard to do) and cut my bangs.
I wanted long curtains bangs but I got short and straight one. Zandra didn’t want to listen my request and just kept doing as she wanted no matter what I was saying.
She been acting rude, and during washing my hair she scratched my neck. Was really painful.
My roots after few days ( 3 washing) became orange and I look really bad.
And when I texted her- she said it wasn’t this way when I left, so it’s my problem. But we all understand, that it wouldn’t happen if she would use better stuff or will put a little bit more effort into her job.
I’m disappointed and don’t think it’s a right way to treat your clients.
