Great place to take your vehicle, pleasant people, super service and great rates. I haven’t been disappointed and you wouldn’t be either. I highly recommend.
No one better. Ive taken all my cars, family member cars, and made many referrals to friends, for almost 20 years. No issues at all. And if there were ever any questions they went out of their way to check it out and adjust anything if needed without cost. The chief mechanic Kyle, knows what he's doing and is attentive and caring all of the time. The owner and all shop personnel are honest, caring, respectful, skillful, knowledgeable, and overall just good people. I could not ask for anything more.
Kyle is the most Honest Mechanic, I know in the automobile industry! This professional literally chased me down to return my credit card when I left his shop. You can't get any more honest and professional than that. He doesn't BS you, and he tells you like it is to resolve your issues.

I have been dealing with Zaf since they were near the old Kmart in Herndon. They have worked on almost all the cars I have owned from my Nissan Maxima to my Corvette and have done an exceptional job. Very honest and upfront shop. When it comes to their rates they are the best around town as well. Kyle you are the man!!!!
Kyle and company are awesome...from oil change to major repairs, you can always count on these guys to get it done. I usually bring my own oil and filter and pay these guys to change it for me. No issues whatsoever. Best thing is, they are NEVER looking to upsell anything at all....just honest work. Highly recommended!!!

At Zaf Auto Repair, the mechanics are very familiar with older cars. All the cars my family owns are older and the Zaf team fixes them all. They do a great job and explain everything. This is the best place in Herndon to get your car fixed and at the best price. Great people, great deal, great service.
