Ordered the crispy pork belly bao buns, truffle oil fries, the salmon with spinach and potatoes, and New York strip steak. Good food quality, restaurant noise level is high but is to be expected, service is good even when crowded on a weekend evening, and staff was great and polite.
We made a reservation to have brunch inside and we were very pleased with the overall experience! The food, the atmosphere and the service were above excellence! The place clearly cares about their customers and it does not disappoint! I would rate it as top places for brunch in Hoboken! We will return! ???? recommended!
Went with a group for brunch, reasonably priced for how delicious the food is and how nice the seating is.
I would recommend making a reservation, since I didn’t and had to wait around 30 minutes.
With the Brunch menu, the steak and eggs was very good and the large portion was quite filling. However, the Mac and Cheese cheese was AMAZING and I could safely say it was one of the Mac and cheese dishes I’ve ever had.
5 stars, would highly recommend.
The menu had a variety of options to please everyone. It was quite busy with a very energetic vibe.
My boyfriend and I go here at least one every 2 weeks to eat. We love love it. The vibes are always nice. We are OBSESSED with the Hoboken Chicken Sandwich. It hits the spot every single time. The drinks are also well balanced and delicious. I’m already stressed about moving and no longer being within walking distance.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile from Ian. He was gentle in his delivery of greetings and pleasantries. Our initial interaction provided us with a sense of relaxation after being caught in a brief sunshower on the walk there.
He knows how to let the table peruse the menu with absolutely no sense of urgency. Ian was attentive and reassuring that he would let our table of 4 dictate the pace of ordering and subsequent dining.
Nothing like having the waiter remember our whole tables order and all the intricate substitutions that we needed to fully indulge in our brunch. He was incredibly accommodating. “Add truffle fries? Absolutely” said Ian with a smile.
Pictured below are a custom omelette with spinach, chorizo, goat cheese, and mushrooms (side of hash browns). The steak sandwich was dynamic in both texture and flavor. The truffle fries are 3 dollars extra and I would be fine with paying twice that because they were a great companion with the savory steak.
Overall excellent experience significantly enhanced by the poise and professionalism of Ian.
I got to visit and eat with my friends there two days ago, I must say that this restaurant is charming and have a lovely vibe. The food was excellent and quite affordable for the taste and portion. If you are in Hoboken, you should definitely try it out. ????
One of my favorite nights in Jersey took place here! Everything was delicious! My group was actually walking to another restaurant and we passed by this one and decided to check it out. The customer service was superb. The waitress was attentive and efficient. I had a large group so we were able to try a lot of different menu items. To start, we had Mac & cheese..it was baked and cheesed to perfection! We also had the burrata and mushroom soup which were also excellent! I personally had the Steak and Fries as an entree and it was cooked perfectly and fries were so addicting the whole table kept coming back to the plate. We also had the Willow sandwich and of course their popular stuffed chicken! I’m not sure what they put in their sauce but it’s darn good! We split a bottle of Vina Robles Cabernet Sauvignon which was divine. Love this place!
