Clyde is an awesome mechanic! He fixed my jeep very quickly. He was very helpful in giving me advice as to what to try before bringing it in. I had it towed in on Tuesday and he had it fixed and ready for pickup on Wednesday! I highly recommend Zack automotive.
Always polite. Non smoker so your vehicle doesn't smell when returned. Very helpful, takes time to explain thngs shows you your old parts. Honest and priced fair.
Clyde was friendly and great! I highly recommend this shop! I had some warning lights after my battery replacement and Clyde fixed them right away. He ensured that my vehicle was not having issues and cleared the codes. It took less than 5 minutes. His kindness and fast service are the reason for great recommendations for his service.
Zacks is a great automotive shop! Clyde Elliot the owner has been a friend since 1999 when I first started selling cars. He was the best mechanic at the dealership. After he left the dealership he started Zacks Automotive with his son and they are doing fantastic. Clyde can work on anything. He's not cheap but he doesn't do cheap work. He does fantastic work for me all the time!
Clyde is a very smart mechanic, has never taken advantage of myself or my family. 9 years or more now and he still has my trust. A good honest person.
THE WORST. The most I have ever been abused. I broke down and asked if they could fix it, they said yes and that they would get right on it. After 2 weeks of them not answering my calls I found out the owner went on a cruise and his workers quit on him while he was away. They didn't fix my car at all, or even order any parts. If they hated him that bad, why should we trust him?
Highly recommended! Clyde is a fair guy with fair prices and is easy to work with.
