Got the burrito dinner, it was okay the meat is really good the dinner is not worth it is just rice and beans from the can.
This is the third time, I've ordered a steak torta to go and there was NO avocado on it. Also the beans were only on one side of the torta. This is definitely cheating people out their money if they get home to find that the reason they crave the sandwich is the avocado thats NOT on it!!
Each time I order my food, they get something wrong. CARELESSLY at that! I've ordered from them several times but this entire year, their phone etiquette, in person etiquette and customer service has been POOR. This is in addition to messing up my clear food order. The young females at the register are HORRIBLE. They also pick up and hang up the phone. They gave me tacos with ONLY LETTUCE. A joke? And then told me they'd do better next time?!? I was on my lunch break from work. Their food and service has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. Also, if you are unable to comprehend what I'm saying, it would make sense to get someone who does. Never ordering from them again. I don't appreciate the poor attitude and the careless food prepartion. Nor am I a fan of waiting 30minutes to get food you said would be ready 20 minutes ago. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Bad service. They forgot about my order and after more than 20 minutes gave me a cold order to take home. When I got home the tortillas were dissolved and everything cold. 15 minutes on the phone and no one answered. Talk to the manager on another day and said she needed the food back to get a replacement. I could not do that since they were already closed that day. I ask for an apology at the least which I never got.
The food is delicious, but their service, attitude, and customer service is terrible. Don't bother calling as they have picked up the phone and hung up on me multiple times. Also, they take longer than what they promise for the food.
I've been eating here for years! I've always preferred this location over the others..a bit pricey, but worth the flavor! Not a place to go sit with a large party, but definitely the place to go for great tacos, burritos, and tortas! On the corner of 71st and Pulaski.
I usually frequent this location. I stopped years ago and started up again. This day I ordered a chimichanga as usual. For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s a fried burrito. As I’m eating it I felt a bone. Which was okay. It was chicken. Then as I continued eating I felt a bone on the other half. I actually looked and discovered they were not bones but toothpicks. How did toothpicks get inside my food? The bigger question is did it come from someone’s mouth. The thought makes me want to puke. Called the restaurant and sent a picture as requested. The lady said the manager would contact us but never did. Don’t trust the food here. I’ll never eat here again.
I highly recommend you don’t order here. Staff are careless and pretend you don’t exist when your order is wrong. They’re cheap with their steak even if you asked for extra. I ordered a steak burrito, everything in it no beans they stuffed my burrito with a whole lot of lettuce and less meat. Rip off restaurant. Do NOT come here.
