I called to complain about my order apparently you get a spoon full of asada meat on a chilaquiles plate almost paid $20 to get so little these restaurants want to raise prices even charge you service fee for a minimal effort platter never again WENT to a restaurant called a chilaquil for the same platter more steak and more to offer as u can see the picture on the righ under the zacatacos make your money worth it go to el chilaquil paid 16 for their platter located on southwest highway
Like any taco joint or restaurant, out goes from great to good to I'll just go elsewhere. Even though I always give the benefit of the doubt, I always get disappointed with the take out service or phone ordering. They tacos were addicting in the beginning, but not that bad.. The meat ratio has been a bit smaller and sometimes the meat isn't well seasoned. Maybe it's just the 59th location on Pulaski .... Try the other location on 71st.

Haven’t been here in a long time since I moved. However the portions are generous and the price is fair. Lots of competition in the area but this place is a solid 4/5
Only thing is the salsa lacks flavor for me.
I had ordered food today. May 13 at 910pm. I’ve ordered at this time before as I usually get out of work at this time. The lady said 15 minutes. Usually this is around the time it takes to make the food and it wasn’t that big of an order. Paid over the phone as well. After about 20 min I came in and waited in line as the cashier said it would be out in a bit. After waiting for another 10 min and watching about 4 other people get their orders from take out I asked the person who was handing out orders and she said that it was getting prepared. I didn’t pay no mine and took her word for it not even realizing that she didn’t go and properly check. After another 10 min it was about closing and had proceeded to ask again and she told me the same thing. After I said I had been waiting 40 minutes she then Actually proceeded to check with the chef and the. Brought the manager to let me know that she had given the order to someone else. In those 2 times I asked and standing in right in front of her after 6 different people came to grab their orders not once did she go and check to see if my order was ready. And the best the manager could do was a complementary drink. After waiting 40 minutes with no food and the person who gives out orders blindly saying that it was still being prepared. Terrible service.
Their food prices are way too high for them to be so stingy with their salsa. I ordered 1 burrito and three tacos and they gave me one green salsa. Went to let them know I got two orders so need two salsas and they went through the whole bag where the food was to make sure she didn’t put two before giving me the second one... their steak tacos are so good though and they’re generous with the meat most of the time

So as I give the restaurant time to open I was greeted and was told by the cook that the restaurant open at 9:30 while the girl that didn’t want to give me her name said that it opens at 10 while online states it opens at 9 and the open sign states they open at 9 as well … they refused to give me a number were I can put a complaint
