If I had to ride in one of there vans I would rather walk just about got hit today on freeway just pulled right over in front of me I drive a straight truck had to slam brakes on so ride at your own risk

I was waiting to pick somebody up in a handicap van, as I'm about to get out of the car I look in my left side mirror and I see that he had pulled up to my bumper basically left maybe half a foot of room. I could not lower my ramp to pick up the person I was supposed to, I waited about 15 min for him to go as he had gotten the woman he was picking up in the car already. He proceeded to roll down the window and tell me that next time I should pound on the window, grab him by the collar and demand he move. I said next time please don't park so close behind an obvious handicap van. He proceeded to say that women always think guys can read their minds and that he shouldnt have to show basic courtesy essentially. He then pulls off aggressively and very fast with his trunk open and the poor woman inside getting jerked from the way he was driving. When I called last night to inform the company they said to call within their business hours to lodge a complaint. I tried calling twice today and received no response or call back.

This transportation service is by far the best in the East Valley. Friendly considerate drivers and dispatch department has the experience to schedule on time pick-ups. If you have a choice ask for this company.

Their female dispatch is rude and very unhappy. No customer service from this company at all. They are constantly late picking up from appts and don't call. 2 drivers they employee have great customer service. I feel so bad for my clients families that have to deal with this company.

Horrible. They cancelled my ride to the appointment without my authorization. Made me late for the appointment. Then said my ride would get 30 to 45 mins. Made me wait 2 hours. The first driver didn't have the address to the destination. The second didn't have my phone number and completely passed me and made me wait additional time. Horrible... phone service is rude as well.
