Don’t come here. Waited 25+ mins during lunch hour. They are not busy, only 3 tables occupied. 2 people working the WHOLE restaurant. Then we found that they overcharged us. We ordered 10.99$ wings, but they charged 15.98. Very dishonest. Won’t come back. Be aware
It's really worth it if you enjoy soup and being able to have your choice of meat,veggies, and noodles. Especially know you get as much as you want. Note that they charge by weight
Drinks are good and the fried chicken my favorite

Never GO this place.
I am a person normally don't leave bad review for any business but this place is so shady and ridiculous.
Detail as below:
I ordered one of their Grilled Fish dish and upon eating it for about 10 mins. I immediately had an upset stomach and had to go to restroom right away. I had like one of the worst diarrhea there and spent almost 30 mins in the restroom.
When I came out and discussed the resolution for this incident, the crazy owner stated that "It is your stomach could not handle the spicy level on our dish, Nothing she can do."
Overall, NO Compensation, No apology, No, Nothing.

Make your own hotpot!
Don’t be like me and put too much in your bowl, or it’ll be around $30. My more reasonable sister had a $25 bowl and it was plenty.
My first time here and probably the closest thing in Southern California to an authentic Chinese hotpot, at least that I have found.
There isn't really laid out clear instructions when you get there about how it works so you just kinda wing it. Its a bit like most Mongolian places where you pick and choose what you want in your bowl and they cook it for you, only diffrence is that they weigh the final ingredients so price will vary wildly. Don't be a gluten or you'll end up with an $80 soup. Luckily I know a bit about Asian ingredients and what things go together well, so my hotpot came out delicious!
The medium spicy bone broth I'd consider more hot than medium so order down on spicy. If you can't tolerate spicy food even their mild will be too hot for you. The cashier was a friendly young man but minimally helpful to my novice self. If somone could manage and organize it better so the process can be better understood to the wider public it would be hit.
The package is cute, and the pudding is sooo good! I wish it were less pricey so I can buy it everyday ❤❤❤❤❤

the woman at the front desk would rather be on the phone than help customers. She didn’t greet me when I walked in or even attempted to help me in any way. All she did was glance over and continue with her conversation on the phone despite my order sitting right in front of her ready the whole time. It wasn’t until the male worker (blonde hair) resurfaced to help me out. He is great but the woman shouldn’t be working here because she has a horrible attitude and demeanor that makes you never want to return. Horrible
