Best WLM Reviews
We love this place so much that my children and I have gone back for each of our birthdays. Each time, we were not disappointed.
Atmosphere: The modern and slick interior sets the tone for a perfect dining experience. It's spacious in there, so you don't feel crowded and hemmed in. The space is definitely nice enough to go on dates or celebrate a special occasion.
Service: Our waiters each time we dined in was great. They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. Because of them, we had an amazing time.
Food: The first time we ate there was for my daughter's birthday. The food was so delicious that we kept ordering different things. The staff was so nice to bring plates out for the birthday cake and made sure we had everything we need.
For a beautiful dining space, delicious food, and great service, go check them out.
A fusion Asian restaurant with a mix of Korean and Chinese cuisine. The interior was nicely decorated and the servers were friendly. The pig's feet were good, the nurungji stew was good, and the atmosphere was nice. However, the food was a bit sweet for me. All in all, it was worth eating. It's just that authentic food tastes better to my taste.
Black bean noodle and seafood spicy noodle were okay. But, sweet and sour pork had a too thick coating of glutinous rice batter, and the sauce wasn't sweet enough, and ginger flavor was too overpowering.
I recently dined at Yuki Asian Fusion and I must say, I was blown away by my experience. This restaurant truly lives up to its name by offering a ton of different options from Korean, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful decor that immediately transported me to Asia. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. But the real star of the show was the food. Each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I couldn't get enough of the delicious flavors and unique combinations.
Overall, I highly recommend Yuki Asian Fusion for anyone looking for a fusion dining experience. The variety of options, friendly staff, and beautiful decor make it a must-visit restaurant. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes from their extensive menu.
Loved the Bibimbop! I had the LA Galbi and it was delicious. Others in our group had the Bulgogi Bento Box - also delicious.
Great service and atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
Yuki boasts a spacious and stylish modern design, offering one of the best dining atmospheres in Korea Town, Duluth. The transition from Japanese to Korean and Chinese cuisine seems well-received. It served as a great setting for an important meeting. We enjoyed the Fried Chicken in Hot and Sour Sauce (유린기) and Seafood Nurungjitang (해물 누룽지탕) – both were excellent, though portion consistency can vary. Despite considering rice or noodles, we left satisfied. 유린기 is becoming a personal favorite, and the quality of ingredients shines through. Hoping for consistent excellence in their food and service.
Edit based on 10/13/2023 negative experience
Based on my previous excellent dining experiences, I recommended Yuki for my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner. The seats for 14 people reserved for the biggest dining table in the restaurant. The overall dining experience was enjoyable, but it was marred when I discovered a piece of plastic in my food, and worse, found another piece in my mouth, which could have been ingested and potentially caused serious harm to my internal organs. I promptly informed a waitress to ensure that the owner was made aware of the issue.
On my way out, I happened to encounter the owner, and I inquired if he had been informed. He appeared puzzled, and it seemed that he had not been informed. The same waitress confirmed that she had indeed informed him. Unfortunately, the owner's reaction was disappointing. He offered neither an apology nor a comment, leaving the situation unaddressed. This lack of response is inappropriate, as it could signify either denial or a lack of commitment to improving the cooking process. It suggests that customers need to be extra cautious.
New review:
They changed their menu and got rid of a lot of my favorite rolls / dishes. They also changed the seating style of the restaurant. I missed the old dishes a lot and the intimate seating in the previous layout. Had to remove two stars because of these changes
Old review:
Pros:
-their lunch specials. Every lunch entree you get comes with soup, salad, and three side dishes. Before tip, my lunch was 10.99, which ALSO included two sushi rolls (spicy tuna and salmon avocado). You get so much foooood. (Picture included if you don’t believe me)
-every time I’ve been here, service has been incredible, fast, kind. And the food comes out so quickly
-the atmosphere feels so clean, fancy, elegant, and comfortable at the same time. One of the nicest restaurant interiors I’ve seen in awhile
-I’ve yet to try their cocktails but I’ve heard they’re all delicious.
Everything here is good: the ramen, their special baked rolls, the don bowls. I recommend it all
Food was great and service was quick and attentive. One of the better Korean/Chinese black bean noodle places. Sweet and sour pork was crispy and sauce was great. Enjoyed the atmosphere and decor of the establishment. Bright and modern. Owner is deeply involved in the daily operation and can be seen hustling to provide the best customer service.
Not sure if they make their own kimchi but it tasted fresh and went well with the main courses.
