I haven't eaten at a YT in over a decade. I'm glad I visited today. The host was friendly and was mindful to seat me closer to the door and by an outlet as I have a disability and had a portable oxygen tank. Very thoughtful.
My server was Carisa. She was very nice. She was split between bartending and serving. I wish she would've come back to check a bit more, yet I understood that she was literally doing 2 jobs at once. It was kind of hard to get her attention.
The Mocktail, the New Fashioned was overpriced. It was literally just unsweet tea with an orange slice and luxardo cherry in a cocktail low ball glass. Either it should be served in a larger glass or have bitters or something else added to it. I added equal to make it more palatable.
My food was amazing! The Broccoli Cheese soup had fresh broccoli and was velvety. Perfectly seasoned. My entree the Rock n Roll was cooked perfectly to the temp I asked. The onions were caramelized and julienned. I added cheddar which was a thick cut slice. The saffron rice was fluffy, beautifully golden and delicious. The Asian veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy and pea pods) were SO good. They were slightly charred and tossed in teriyaki sauce. The wasabi sauce (asked for it on the side) is addictive. Truly umami. I just wished the pea pods were trimmed. I asked for teriyaki sauce to dip the burger patty in, then dipped it in the wasabi sauce. Flavor explosion! I also appreciate that the ciabatta roll was lightly toasted.
The apple pie wasnt too sweet and had nice flaky crust. I just realized my cinnamon ice cream wasn't included.
I look forward to coming back soon. I used to eat at the Gates Mills location a lot in my youth especially for breakfast. Can't wait to get some notso fries soon.
My husband and I were craving burgers, so this seemed like a good spot and we were not wrong! It's not often that you find a restaurant who actually knows how to cook a burger medium,but they did at Yours Truly! The chili is amazing, too.
Salmon was so delicious. The lemon zest on it was delicious. The chicken sandwich very yummy!
Came to the restaurant, server gave us our table faster and quicker. Server followed through with our orders. The server was kind and respectful towards us. The chocolate milkshake was delivered to our table real perfectly. Plain hamburger was delicious. Overall service of the place was excellent. Never missed a beat. The food there was awesome and to our liking! Such beautiful places like this one deserve a 5-star rating, but overall, still the food was awesome.
Victor was our server for the six of us. He was both efficient and entertaining. He was professional and all manner of taking care of our table. We enjoyed chatting with him and learning about his life adventures. Truly a great meal and service. I’d give 10 stars if I could. The Tuscan chicken was amazing as were the sweet potato fries. The appetizer Notso fries was terrific!
We were a group of 12 on a Saturday evening and were kindly accommodated after a relatively short wait. Our server was super attentive along with the jovial manager who pitched in to help with our big orders. The food was great and the prices were reasonable. We were very well taken care of including assistance with the cake we brought in for the birthday boy. We all declared that we would be happy to return! And I'm sure we will.
???????????????????? ???????????????????? generally provides an inviting dining experience at each location. This time around the service was thirdrate due to our server’s inattentive nature. The dining aspect furthermore was pretty well. I enjoyed an m&m omelette, scrambled ????, a Belgian waffle ????, chicken ???? tenders and a strawberry ???? milkshake. Great food.
Scrum·did·dly·ump·tious meal had Belgian waffles ???? with strawberries ???? and whipped cream ???? side of bacon ???? and hot chocolate with milk. The waiter told us that an Anonymous person paid for our breakfast. Thank you, Father God, in Jesus' mighty name, amen ????
