My family has had eyeliner tattoos done here. The work was perfect. Consultation was informative. The 1year touch up guarantee was honored every time. Atmosphere was inviting as well as calming. I will be back for sure.
I love my haircut! Maiah did an excellent job. Both she and Dawn were so friendly. I'm visiting from out of town, but will definitely have her cut my hair again next time I come back!
I went in to have permanent make-up for my eyebrows. Suzanne was very professional and friendly. She explained everything, including the sensitive areas, that might hurt more. I was here a couple of years ago, visiting family, but because of Covid, could not return sooner. I'm from Bakersfield, and I am so happy that I waited, because I love that I can throw my eyebrows pencils away!
Miah got me in for an appointment at the last minute. She was sweet, professional and quick. She did exactly as I asked for my haircut. I will return to this stylist! Best cut I've had in the last 5 years of living in CC. ????
Will gives the best massages with pedicures. He's kind, easy to talk to, and very detailed in his nail care and polish! And then he cut my hair. Same thoroughness, patience and affability. He's got a new customer in me and I happily recommend him...you will not be disappointed!!
I'm disappointed with your salon. I have always thought highly of the place, and the people there. Not this time, though. My appointment was scheduled for over a week away, which is understandable due to Covid. Three days before my scheduled appointment, they cancelled. No explanation or anything. When I asked the reason and expressed concern, the reply was a simple "everything is fine". Well that's great! But still doesn't explain why they cancelled. Not rescheduled, but cancelled. An explaination would have been professional and courteous.
Very pleased with my new haircut. I described what I wanted to Will and he gave me the bob with long layers that I asked for. He is a perfectionist and cuts hair with precision.
Left several messages for an appointment. Says open but drove from far to come in and not open. What is wrong with all the accountability with all these businesses?
