When he slammed my 22 inch Chrome wheel face down on the machine.I knew I was in trouble. I took 2 wheels up there off. My 2010 ss Camaro. After waiting. For a while, it came is said need a valve stem another $20. I said OK, when he finished, he put my rim in the bed of the truck face down on top of the other rim and tire. I flipped it over and of course he had. Messed my rim up and tried to hide it. Then wanted money from me acting like it was no been deal. And get the rim now having to replace all 4. He said he would call me But you know he never did.Don't go here for any reason ever. There's a picture of my rim with his tire that was run flat. Oh yeah.The valve stem was bouncing around inside my wheel that I had to have removed because of him.
Negative stars need to be available. My rims have deep grooves in them from his tire machine and he's telling me that his machine didn't do it and he's the only shop that has touched my tires. I went in to have two tires changed and left with two rims damaged with a lame excuse and denial of any responsibility. This use to be my go to place until there was no compensation or care for the damage caused by their tire machine. If you have rims DO NOT go here they will leave a impression on your rims, you'll need replacements.

PROS: Second time I've been here in 1 year. Both times were delightful. I usually call ahead of time to ask prices; I've only been serviced for tire plugs ($20) on opposing tires. Pleasant on the phone, pleasant in person. Last time I went, he was blasting smooth jazz. Helps put you positive spirits even though you have to fork out money for the car. Service was fast both times (less than 20 minutes).
Shady!! Keep going and find another tire spot. Requested a specific size and purchased 4 used tires. I received 2 different sets of tires; ALL were a different size from what I requested. He never told me they weren't the size I wanted. Once I noticed and returned, I was told to come back after the holiday. When I did, it took 10 minutes before anyone came out to acknowledge us. An older woman finally came out and said the guy would be back in 25 minutes. I waited and he never showed. She ended up leaving as well. Had two flats the same week. A complete waste of time and money.

If I could give negative stars I 100% would. I went in a Friday morning (around brunch) and I should have left after waiting on the man to come out for 10 minutes. But sadly it was the only shop that had the tires I needed in such close timing. I told the man BEFORE any work was done that I needed used tires. He completely ignored me and went ahead and gave me 2 brand new tires against my request (or so I thought). I paid $120 for 2 “new” front tires. I was upset but in a rush so didn’t have time to waste disputing the issue with him, so I paid it (he did not accept card and also did not give me a receipt). As I was leaving for vacation the next morning I noticed I was missing a lug nut from my front right tire that definitely there when I arrived to shop the day before. After about 2 hours on the road I end up with a flat tire….I was beyond infuriated. I tried calling the shop while my brother switch out my tire for a spare but got no answer. Once off the car you could see a slash on the back of the tire facing inwards that ended up opening while I was on the road. I drove to the next 3 tire shops and none of them had the tire I needed. Thankfully Walmart was 20 minutes away. I ended up spending another $180 a single tire (the man at Walmart felt bad and gave me a free lug nut). 0/10 do not recommend you go there.

Its been sometime since i stopped by for service, but it was memorable and expensive. I had recently had all suspension parts replaced on truck right before i added new tires. This was the only place open that late. Called and was told to stop by to get tires mounted, which i supplied. Told them i wanted them mounted, balanced and truck aligned. After driving truck i realized it had a very bad vibration. my new tires were never balanced. Tires became cupped. went back and was told, not their problem because they cant balance a tire that big, even though at first they said yes. Not mention when the alignment was done, the steering wheel was off center and when i confronted them about it, they said i should of told them i wanted the steering wheel centered. This place is a joke and in the end it cost me 2 more new tires, not to mention wheel bearing went out which could of been coincidence. please avoid this place. Save your money.
