I can not express how pleased I was with my interactions with Yosemite Glass; it seems like Major Companies are so obsessed with their bottom line these days, they forget how to conduct business. Not Yosemite Glass They Are True Professionals; I had to have the glass replaced on a home window, they ordered the glass, phoned me to tell me it had arrived and I dropped off the window this afternoon, expecting to return the following day to pick it up, however they had the new glass installed before I had finished my errands in town (I’d say less than an hour). Not only were they fast and efficient, they were very personable and clearly cared about the service they provide. Excellent Business to Patronize!
Thank you seems too small! I had a family emergency at the end of January which put me in a difficult position. I have a cabin in Fish Camp but do not live local. I have been driving up from Ventura County on the weekends to remodel it.
I anticipated being able to demo the old windows and frame up the new doors and windows myself. When YGW called to let me know my windows were ready for install, I told them of my family situation.
Immediately I got a call back from Bert. Bert was my first contact with YGW, he helped me with choosing windows. He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful!!! Bert was very understanding and said that they would be happy to work with me on finding someone to do the demo and framing.
I then heard back from Brandon. He said he had a contact, and that they would be able to do the work. While I was in the hospital with my son, Brandon kept me up to date with the progress of the demo and reframing, he sent pictures and checked in.
The install went just as smoothly!!!
I highly recommend YGW!!! They treated me like family, and were very compassionate and understanding. Thank you to the whole team!!!

They are all super people and do a fantastic job. Had windows and now a shower enclosure. Can't say enough good about their work and service.
Great service. They replaced my 3 sliding glass doors, with lifetime guatantee. Recently one got shattered. They came out, replaced no charge.
They are always helpful. Monica, at the front desk is very nice and extremely helpful. They always save me in times of need with replacement screens and windows.
This one time it took a while to get a call back, but in the past I have dealt with them and their service was fantastic.
