I had a long day at work and I thought I would reward myself with yogurt mill but the lines were so long in the drive thru so I went inside instead and it was a good customer service experience. There was no wait at all and the nice lady helping me out, I believe her name was Brianna on her name tag was so sweet!! She recommended me her favorite flavors and even let me sample. Kuddos to Brianna since she was a fine example of how they should treat us customers and im super grateful for her even though I wasnt able to tip her.
Yogurt Mill never disappoints. Today I tried something new and got a banana Nutella outrageous cup with added peanut butter drizzle. It was delicious.
Update review: I returned to this location today on two different occasions. The girl who was at the window was nice, filled my large original tart perfectly and made sure to ask if I wanted a lid before she put it on. Exactly how it's supposed to be done! I returned again a few hours later and a guy named Cole was at the window. I watched him make my extra large with layered toppings and he did a wonderful job. He layered it properly, and would tap the side every time after adding the yogurt so there was no air pockets in the yogurt. And he listened to my request of no lid and gave me the lid on the side like I asked. I would request Cole to make my yogurt every time if I could. He payed attention to detail and seemed to put effort into the work he was doing. Kinda a rare things these days in customer service. Yogurt mill made a great choice by hiring Cole! I will be back for sure with great service he gave.
Old Review: I ordered an extra large with layered toppings with no lid on it but a lid on the side. The young man put a lid on it and when I said I ordered it with the lid on the side, he just put it in a bag anyways and said uh sorry. I just put it in the freezer when I got home since I couldn't just eat it like i wanted on my way home and when I got it out the container from the freezer it was not even full. It had no yogurt on top which is should have and the reason why I ordered no lid. It was not layered either, it has spoon full of toping all the way at the bottom and topping on top of the container. I have order these for years and never have I had them not layer properly or have an employee put the lid on it when I asked for no lid and just act like it's no big deal for my request since they already did something. There has always been younger kids working there so its really no excuse for their age to have bad service. Our generation did it just fine so this generation needs to work harder and the customers request should be listened too. And the yogurts should be full. They used to tap the sides and pack them in so you actually get what you are paying for and they layered properly....
I loved that they paid attention to details! They had great quality control by the cashier who took our order. They had forgotten the dark chocolate chips, and she was on it before we could say something. Love the service even when they are busy like this day!
I’m so pissed. I asked to get my Nutella and butterfinger layered with the yogurt I got. It definitely WASN’T layered at all if I’m paying for something I expect it to be there. I knew I should’ve never cheated on the Roseburg location as they have been my all time favorite and best location. Oakdale rd needs to do BETTER.
I visited this location yesterday with my family and the customer service is amazing. I had to praise the two young managers that were very helpful in taking our order and being very accomative. Overall clean store as well as great employees. Great job yogurt mill!
This site has great customer service. I had strawberry ???? ???? Creamsicle. It was the best i ever had at the mill. N nutty buddy N root beer shake with Nutty buddy.
Besides the terrible customer service, they use styrofoam! Please. Get with the program and stop using such terrible products that are so bad for the environment.
