Whoever answered the phone got the information on my tire size said he would check and call me back. Didn't. Happened to be in the area shortly after and the place was locked. Wouldn't answer his phone again. I don't do business like that. No games. And not doing what you say you will do. Poor service . Go elsewhere
This review is long overdue! A year ago, I got a nail in my sidewall just before I was about to leave on a 3 hour drive. No other tire place would give me the time of day - they heard my tire size and told me I was out of luck. I thought it would be no different when I got to Yellowstone.
The gentleman here was so nice, immediately checked out my tire, and proceeded to spend hours with us trying to find a replacement for my very small/oddly sized tire. He was patient and let us all over his castle of tires trying to find the right one, and kept us entertained with a good conversation during the hunt :) We finally found one hiding way in the back. He got it on my car in a jiffy, and made sure all of my other tires were sound before sending us on our way. All and all he spent several hours just trying to help, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you again for saving our trip!!
We bought 2 tires of a specific size from this shop and they promised us they had the size and sold them to us. We drove 75 miles to get home to put them on because they couldn't put them on to find out they sold us the wrong size completely!
If I could give zero stars I would! Will never go back.
Great guy, great service. Had my awkward tire size on hand, in good shape, & reasonably priced. I was all set in a matter of minutes. Icing on the cake was his sense of humour. He deserves much more business than he's getting. Skip the sociopathic corporate types - support your local small businesses. Like this guy.
I'd have to say the kindness and fast work to get people back on the road safe without a hour wait. And they back their work 100%.yes I will suggest this place to everyone.
April 14th, 2022, I couldn't find tires I needed anywhere. I couldn't find a phone number for this place so I drove there. The owner "Lopez" immediately came out of the garage to help me. He was like any other normal person, polite, looked for tires I needed. To keep it short and simple, he didn't have tires I needed, and showed me new ones he'd get the following week. Told me he could get me a "cheap cheap cheap" deal on them. I asked how much, he then proceeded to put his arm around me and grabbed my left hand, and started rubbing it with his thumb. I froze. Some ppl fight or flight, but I froze because of unfortunate things that have happened to me as a child and adult. He told me that I should work for him in his office, or drive them around to other dealerships, etc. And told me to meet him the day before this grand opening on the 23rd, and he will give me four new tires for free, all while winking at me. Asked me what my name was, and he apparently liked my name because of his creepy reaction which was to repeat and enunciate my name. I called the police and was told that they know this guy, I didn't even have to describe him to police. Hlthe officer said he just came here from Mexico and so it is probably just a cultural difference between us and I misunderstood. Well, my children's grandfather is from Chihuahua and he does nothing of the sort. Nor do his other family members. My current husband is black so I feel I am versed in culture. Normal people don't offer to get you alone in their business, wink at you constantly, and offer you hundreds of dollars worth of tires for "free" or grab your hand and run your palm once the other workers leave the room. Thanks for reminding me why it's unsafe to be a woman. If my husband was not a felon and on probation, I'm sure he would have gladly tried to cash in on the "free" tires for me.
Great price on a REALLY good used tire. Had an easy 90% tread on it. The tire hand was personable and genuinely friendly. I will continue to have all of my tire needs met there.
My tire size doesn't seem to be common. Owner / Operator spent quite a bit of time in the sunny heat searching until one was found for me. Greatly appreciate his time and price!
