Allied cab #11 is an awful driver. Watched him almost cause 3 accidents today. Swerving back and forth between lanes, driving in the middle of the road almost hitting people, never used a blinker or checked any of his surroundings, all during 5 o'clock traffic. No wonder the cab is all dented up. He should be fired immediately, if you're job is to drive and you risk others lives by being a terrible drive you should be fired-period. If you value your life at all do not get in an allied cab.

The drivers are quick. They're dangerous though. They are running lights, cutting through alleys, and parking lots. It's scary to be in the car or on the road with these drivers. They're late for pick-up.
My "go to" transportation in Lynchburg - more reliable than Uber or Lyft, better cost, and the dispatcher is a real person, not an app.
I called to use. Was evening about 10. Very hard to understand what they were saying. Said they were unavailable at the time. I had to ask when not unavailable, would they go pick someone up. Never really said yes or no. Just they will see what they can do. Abut 30 min later they call me to ask where to go. I replied, I didn't need the ride any longer, they abruptly hung up. First time ever calling them. Will stick with Uber or Lyft.
I've used their service multiple times since being in Amherst and have never had service so poor in my life! They pick us up two to three times a week and all of a sudden their driver gets lost. I give them the phone number to call for directions and never receive the call for directions. I have tried calling them back and the man who answers simply places me on hold and never returns to the phone. They've hung up on me multiple times after we have waited in the rain for over 2 hours for a cab!!! Horrible service.
I pray over this cab company. They were a tad bit late but still drove over an hour to pick me and my family up so I understand. The ride back from Lexington was just as long. Jesus I pray that you lift this business to be great. ❤️❤️
I use the Yellow Cab every week to go work.They are on time. They have awesome drivers. If we have games or conferences going on in the city at Liberty . You will have a wait time. They have clean cabs . They have nice dispatchers. Yes you will have some slow service some times . You will have that with all City Cabs. Thumbs up. Keep up the good work.
