Failed several times when hired to drive our son to work when we were not available. Became vulgar and verbally abusive after not showing up. After the first time, we tried to give another chance and were very saddened with the behavior. Wish things had not turned out the way they had.
Sucks. Dispatcher can't do his job right. Left me out in the cold for 2 hours cause he didn't listen to the right CVS. Then they just stopped answering phone and I used global Taxi. Much better service and very polite and cheap.
This is the worst company Ever. They have terrible customer service and they never showed up after I ordered a cab
Pretty decent experience tonight. Of course my ride was at 9 @ night, with no traffic. Smooth ride, showed up within 10 mins. Price was fair. Would call again
I have used this family owned company multiple times. For the most part my experiences have been very good! The drivers are timely, helpful and have been reliable. I would use again.

Temps were 90+ degrees and they sent a car without A/C. The driver was hot and upset as well. I only found out as he pulled off after picking me up. Called the office and lady was not compassionate. All she said was "it just broke down." Not! Will not use this service again.
The dispatcher told me that it would be a ten to fifteen minutes wait but the driver arrived in five minutes. And the fare amount was the exact amount that dispatcher had quoted me. Will definitely use them again
Horrible service the dispatcher did not pass on important information to the driver. The driver was extremely rude charged my assistant more than quoted price and also had another passenger that apparently was running late to catch the VRE. My assistant was dropped off 1.25 miles away from the destination. This is unexceptable cab service please be aware.
