We use this particular company any time we need a ride somewhere. It's 6 dollars for a pickup and 1 dollar for every mile from pickup. They accept cash in the cab itself and online can be used for credit cards. So far every ride we've had had been very pleasant and very clean and professional. I recommend to everyone
Called for a cab as the proce for the ride and the lady at the receptionist desk was very rude and told me that anywhere I have to go would be the same price. It doesn't make ince for them to be rude.
I ended up being late for work because of them being under staffed. And over charged. I wish that there was a more friendly cab station in Conway
Used to be regular user who was willing to wait out their 45 minute average wait time...but the way they treat their regular customers is trash.. their prices are a rip off basically a garbage company..use Uber or Lyft not these idiots. To add to my point the last driver I had proceeded to ask me if it was if was " Ok if he made a pick up" on the way kinda to my house..bought himself a bag and while driving with one hand rolled himself a blunt with the other and smoke it..two others that either smoked while driving or pulled their stash out to show me..I can't make these idiots up I'd I tried...
Hit and miss. Aaron #6 is the only driver we like he actually cares about his job and customers. Don't ever schedule a round trip though them though I just sent my husband to the gas station and unfortunately I forgot to ask for Aaron but anyways the gas station is 1.6 miles round trip away from my house from the time they pulled out the driveway till they pulled back in was about 7-8 minutes they charged us $30 said it was because the driver had to wait while he went into the gas station.........so next time I will make sure to make it one way and call for another cab on my way there since they want to be like that the trip should have only cost $5-$6.
I can't believe they charged me $40 to go 8.9 miles. No meters and you pay for their round trip back to the shop. The cars are clean and the driver was nice but I'm kicking myself now that I didn't use Uber. Downloaded the app and it would have cost me less then $20!
Don’t bother, they’ll have you waiting for an hour and maybe longer if you’re unlucky, if they had any competition i highly doubt it would be like this, I’m surprised they’re still in business.
Called at 6:09am. Didn't have a driver get me until 7:42am. If they don't have enough drivers for the early morning, maybe they should hire more drivers. I was late to work because of this experience.
Had me waiting for 30 minutes... no call. I call the company back and asked how long. She didn’t know so I said another 20-30 minutes, she said yes prolly a bit less. Waited another 15 minutes. I get a call from them stating the rates inflate on fridays. So on top of the $100 I was spending would be another $12-20. Please do not use this company. I am warning you.
