I would feel better about my family member having to hitchhike to and from their appointment rather than use this transportation company. I work at a Neurosurgeons office in Westerville and this company was hired to transport one of our patients to and from the rehabilitation facility they were in due to having major surgery and being in a neck brace. The extremely rude driver showed up at 4:06 stating the patient told her they would be ready to be picked up at 4 when they were dropped off. The doctor was finishing up with them so they were not quite ready. The driver refused to wait a moment later because "she had to be downtown Columbus for a 4:30 pick up" and literally just left the patient stranded. I explained to her the office closed and the doors automatically locked at 4:30 and that the patient would be stuck outside in literally 100 degree weather. She did not care and still left. My coworker called the company on speaker phone with me and spoke to the "manager/dispatcher" who was beyond rude. He refused to transfer us to anyone above him and refused to give us his full name. Which by the way is Alex Petroshenko, thank you google. Almost wouldn't send someone else and stated it would be an hour before another driver would come meanwhile it is 4:20. Thankfully they driver ended up showing back up after we spoke to the self proclaimed "managing director" and she stated "You almost made me lose my job." Umm you shouldn't have this job neither of the people we dealt with today should!!! Disgusting disregard for people who are already suffering and just want to get home. Mark my words I'm going to make it my personal mission to make sure you lose every contract you have with the health insurance companies that use you.

I work at a school where one of my students are serviced by Yana. The two drivers I deal with are great. They are generally on time, w/in about 10 mins of their drop off and pickup time. No big deal. Unfortunately today, due to personal reasons of one of the drivers, my student was picked up 45 minutes late. We were not made aware of the delay. We decided to contact the students parents to let them know we still had their child. They were, understandably, worried because no one from Yana had contacted them to let them know about the delay. While this is upsetting and unacceptable there was still room for grace. Things happen! Where things got ignorant is the conversation I had with the dispatcher. For some reason this man is under the impression that the company is above constructive criticism. I advised him that it is 100% unacceptable for them to be this late, and to not communicate that there would be a delay. He got upset and decided to argue with me when there was no argument to be had! Sir, record the complaint, forward the complaint to whoever it needs to be forwarded to and move on about your day! I figured that saying something would help this not happen again, but looking at the reviews…. I see it won’t. So unfortunate.

The driver was extremely rude. Would not take me to my doctors office. Dropped me at the ER. I had to walk to my Dr. I am disabled. Very difficult to do that. 5 min appointment. I called and he refused to come to my doctors office door to pick me up. I spent 4 hrs in 103 heat waiting on a ride. Never did get a ride. I had a total stranger that had been in the dr office down from my doctors ask me if I needed a ride. He got me to my sons house and my x-husband brought me on home. Never ever ride with this people.

I had the best driver and the best experience if I had a choice I would not use any other company but this one! Very nice clean cars/vans. The driver she was kind and courteous and on point! I live in the Columbus area and hope she always picks me up she even called to make sure I made it home. Thank you again.

Columbus, OH | I'd never heard of this company prior to today but I can tell you I'll remember it now...and not for good reason.

One of their vans came within a few feet of hitting me head on in a parking lot as they were driving coming in going the wrong way. The driver drove at a high rate of speed, through the parking lot, going in the wrong direction, cutting through said parking lot to avoid driving up to the intersection & wait at a traffic light. The driver proceeded on to the main roadway Rt. 161 in Columbus. The driver slowed down in the middle of this busy roadway and did an illegal u-turn in order to change direction rather than travel an additional few yards and appropriately turn around. Getting through on their phone line is no more professional - very long wait time.

First and only impression? Unprofessional & incredibly reckless & unsafe. Buyer beware.

I would not recommend this service. They were scheduled to pick up my 93 year old wheelchair bound mother and never showed up. She sat in her wheelchair in the lobby of a rehab facility over two hours waiting. I tried to phone them several times, left messages and no reply. Poor response, poor customer service. No one should be treated this way. This trip was scheduled through Medicare. I have notified them of the lack of service.

Driver drove very erratically and endangered lives of passengers and anyone else on the road. Dispatch was called to report and as reviews stated they were not concerned and very rude. They stated "doesn't everybody drive like that" and asked if it could be proved. Please take the advice of not doing any business with this company. You're loved ones are at risk.

I had a great experience.. driver was pleasant and safe... Got me to my appointment safe in a timely manner.... I would recommend them for all transportation needs????????????????????????
