Only repair shop I use. Been a customer since 94 never had any issues. Send my 2 daughters there whenever necessary. Don’t trust any place else.
I needed my car fixed quickly so I could get it to my sister so she could drive it across the country. I went to a shop in Brooklyn and they quoted me over $3,000 for a bunch of repairs! Y and C Auto Repair did the job for $2,000 less than the other place and much quicker! Would easily recommend them to anyone in Brooklyn to make the drive here for their repairs! It’s well worth it. Super professional and very nice mechanics!
Rude and unprofessional. Went to get a quote on some fixes and was told they were too busy to listen to me and said to "hurry up with what i needed." Taking my business elsewhere

update: still an awesome place. Never fails to bail me out of problem. Pricing is fair and they don't try to upsell you. Flexible drop off and pickup. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good dentist. Get a place you trust and stick with it. Peter is great to work with and the other mechanics have all been extremely competent as well
The owner of the business used to provide okay service at a reasonable price. However, as he gets more customers due to his reasonable pricing (not any more!) the quality of service got significantly worse and the owner raised price by triple for the same job. Also, his attitude toward customers changed. Now, he lost a customer and he will continue to lose his customers for sure. DO NOT GO THERE! TERRIBLE BUSINESS TACTIC!

Yes of course they can get busy and the mechanics are great if you wanna speak with them!
I never had an issue there honestly but everyone is a bit different in receiving the news about their vehicles.
Peter and his staff are super friendly, they will take time to look at your car and make sure everything is ok before leaving!
