After searching for a hairdresser since I moved to Palm Coast. FL 6 YEARS AGO (I went thru 5 hairdressers). I read some reviews on Natalie and walked into Xpertise Hair Salon to speak to Natalie and so Natalie can look at my hair that was done horrible by my previous hairdresser. Natalie is beyond professional! She is amazing and answered all my questions. Natalie went to hairdressing school in her country Thailand and then came to the United States and had to go back to hairdressing school. Natalie will have a lifetime customer!! Look at the before and after pictures. Also, when I was at the salon I watched Natalie cut a man's hair. Natalie is awesome with those clippers.
Natalie is truly a talented artist with hair. I searched for her when she located to a new salon because she is the best cosmetologist I have experienced in 18 years. She is a pleasure to talk to and takes the time needed for perfect results. I have always been fully satisfied with Natalie's abilities. A customer was waiting in the salon, and I offered my own positive experiences to her--that's how pleased I was!
I've been coming to see Natalie for over 12 years now because she is the best in town hands down! I was seeing her before I had my son, and she's the only stylist we've been to for him since his first haircut and he's 9 now! She takes her time to listen to what you want and will guide you to what is best for your face and hair type. I've had many different cuts and colors over the years and always get tons of compliments on my hair! Natalie is totally invested in her craft and continues to learn new things to bring back to her clients. Natalie has been doing my hair for quite sometime! She took on a challenge for me! I was super nervous but she made me feel so at ease with it! She is a very talented hair stylist and the best I’ve been too! My hair was box hair dyed black for 7 years!!! I wanted to go platinum blonde! I just finished my 3rd session. I love the fact she wants to take her time to make sure my hair is still healthy! I recommend her to everyone!!
Natalie is the best! She’s always done amazing work on my tricky eyebrows and given me great haircuts. As a stylist myself, there’s not many people I trust. Go see Natalie, she will not disappoint!
I don't know what I would do without Natalie, until I found her I tried so many stylists that cut my hair terribly. From the first cut until today (I have gone to Natalie for a long time at least 10 years or so) she knew exactly what I wanted she is very professional has been learning with schooling all through these years to keep up to date with all things hair and brows she is reasonably priced and her salon is lovely she is very caring, and easy to talk to. From cut, to curl, to color you won't find a more professional stylist with every visit. You can count on Natalie! PS my husband loves her too.
Natalie is the best! She has been doing my hair for around ten years. I absolutely will not go to anyone else. My hair was in such bad shape when we met. Now my hair always looks great; healthy and shiny and the style is perfect for me. Natalie colors, cuts and styles my hair. I am always thrilled with the results.
Natalie also cuts my son’s hair and has been for years. She gave him his first real styled cut....he is now almost 18 and he won’t let anyone else touch his hair.

Some years ago I met Natalie when she was working at another shop. I used her for several years and pleased with her hair work. I loved that she always put up with my indecisions as to how to cut my hair as I was always changing what I wanted. We still laugh about it even now. Then one day she was no longer there and I lost her for several years. I rotated around trying to find another good stylist for me and was never happy. The last stylist I used, I was never happy with the outcome. However, that person gave me Natalie’s business card as I was interested in having some eyebrow work. I made an appointment and with the feeling I might know her. When I arrived, we were both shocked to see each other like long lost friends. So after much consultation on a natural look for my eyebrows, I submitted to her expertise. Natalie achieved exactly what I was looking for, not over done as celebrity brows. I can honestly say I am very happy with my results as well as achieving my hair back to my happy place. Natalie continues to study and learn her crafts making her a very special artist in her field. She is one of a kind and I am blessed to find her again.
