Great atmosphere and food dang good. Chimichangas were very small but there were two of them, but not as fried as much as i like them...still very good flavor. Burrito was enormous ...carne, pulled chix and beef, and ground beef. Chix salad good, but i say big deal to that one. Get that anywhere. Salsa bland but the blanco queso was fantastic-chips made in-house
The food is always fresh, hot, and served fast.
They have a great Sunday kids meal deal so after church is great with the family.
Newly installed night lighting really brightens the place up too. conveniently located off of I 55 on the north end of Springfield.

Not being cheep - but in the end, I wish the prices were 10 to 15% less. After Covid the prices never came down and $18-$20 for fajitas is up there. They would be a tad more enjoyable at $15.
We got catering for a 50 person event at the hotel next door, the food was delicious, fresh, and amazingly affordable- I thought they had forgotten to charge us for something. They do not provide plates, cutlery, etc, but that was not a problem for our group. We will definitely order again!
We came for lunch on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised that they have lunch specials till 3pm on the menu. Food was good, waiter was great. Place was not busy so I'm not sure how they would handle bigger crowds. Only real complaint was the rice being super soft and mush like. But would come visit again if ever in the area.
The food was hot garbage
no love or care in it. I went out of my way thinking it was a good place to eat due to the reviews, but I could not be more wrong. This food is an insult to authentic food everywhere. The enchiladas my mom got were a disgusting they were rolled up with a plain tortilla barley meted cheese and had a questionable filling. The nachoes I had were an experiment. The pork was dry, plain and unseasoned. The chips were burnt, and the ones that were not were wet from the lettus. The watery salsa that was barley a quarter full was the best part of the meal.
Very fast service, margarita was great.

The enchilada tortillas were super hard in the edges, not soft… not enough red sauce to make it enchilada. The chicken meat had tomatoes that were undercooked ????
The shredded meat was good.
Come for the drinks and pretty tricolor chips. Skip the enchiladas

PILE (13) OF (size 41-50) SHRIMP on the Shrimp Fajita (very impressive first impression)! Great food, needs a little salt. But I understand that in todays world SALT IS BAD! Salt shaker on the table would be a good addition. Guacamole was made fresh for me when I ordered it-perfect. I walked in during the dinner run so I can understand a little delay on service. But, when I make eye contact with someone standing against the wall-come see what I need-please. I waited after eye contact with three employees before my stare was noticed. Maybe customers stare too much….hmmmm….THANKS FOR A GRWAT MEAL. I WILL BE BACK (photos were after I had eaten 3 rolled fajitas-sorry. I was so excited!
Two words: canned chicken ! Sat at the bar and service was slow but they were busy, however I’m sorry canned chicken is unacceptable, it was barely above room temp and clearly hadn’t been cooked in any of the verde sauce. Don’t order the chilaquiles
