When I arrived they were quite busy, but I still had the best experience and service! I love love love my manicure, my nails were beautifully filed down to my preferred length! All the staff were professional, polite and very friendly! ???? I just moved to Federal Way and definitely found my new nail salon tonight! I highly recommend XO Nail Studio! My wife goes here regularly and I’ve been in a few times with her and the service is always amazing. Very professional, respectful, and honest business. Yen and her staff are great and have been great since day 1. And the work is beautiful. I like seeing beautiful art on my wife’s nails.

Absolutely stunning. They are wonderful people to work with and make sure everything you need is taken care of. Second time going to them and was having a hard time finding a good nail shop since moving to Washington over a year ago, I finally found one!
This was my 1st visit and I am disappointed. I spent over $170 and my hands look bad. These pics are from less than 24 hours later, and 2 nails are CROOKED. My $55 pedicure left my feet still rough. The leg massage was great but she (Lily) spent more time on my legs than my feet. I still need a pedicure.
I witnessed a worker yell and cry at customers because the complained of their services! And then tried to kick me out because I agreed with the angry customer.
The lady below literally screamed at me because she didn’t have a break/lunch and that customers shouldn’t complain about the customer service. The proceeded to attempt to kick me out. Another lady walked over and told her to walk away.
I advised that I would dispute the charges and she yelled go in ahead!
I’m appalled? Like shocked!
OH AND I RECORDED THE WHOLE INCIDENT!!!!!
The picture you see is 3 days after I got my nails done...yes I was happy until they charged so much...when we called they stated the prices were correct on there website...after being finished it wasn't the price on the the web...
Yen did not waste any time yet still took care to clean up the cuticles and create even nails. She made sure to preserve my natural nail--no tips were needed and I was in and out in under an hour. Nice warm water bowl soak before cuticle removal and hot towel to end the session. She had never served me before and still managed to NAIL it on the first shot exceeding my expectations on delivery. HIGHLY recommend! I will be back for as long as I live here.
