The old guy who drives during night is always rude and denies rude request. I don’t understand how he still working there. Recommend using Jamestown taxi instead.
called while downtown had to wait for him, then he was pissy on the phone telling me to hurry up I HAD TO WALK AROUND THE STORE FOR A WHILE FOR YOU TO SHOW. Please use jamestown taxi service they are amazing and so friendly also i was late for them once and they were like ok just hurry please. 0/10 wouldnt ride again
Guy was very rude and guess he wasn't happy so drove like a maniac the other guy I rode with before was awesome and very friendly sorry I'm not good at names but overall a good company just 1 bad experience with my son in cab with me
The Worst!!!!!!!! Rude and very disrespectful, lazy and just hang up on you cause they don’t want to get out and give rides! Not good for business! This was the hours after 10 pm! Guy must be going through something!
I had great experience and would have given a 5 star review until Night Shift came around. Called and asked for a ride and he misunderstood my directions and preceded to hang up in my face when he basically said it wasn’t worth his time. Even though I needed to go farther than he thought, I didn’t get an apology and he still refused to acknowledge him being wrong and making snide comments.
Stated they would be there to pick me up in 10 minutes. I waited about 25 minutes and called them back and they hadn't even left where they said they about to leave 25 minutes prior. Admittedly huge fog in town that night, but then the driver acted like i shouldn't have expected him in 10 minutes or he told me.
It wouldn't have even been a problem if they had either just not said 10 minutes or that they weren't sure how long because of inclement weather. Also shouldn't have been kind of rude when i called back and made it seem like i was crazy for assuming they would be there in 10 minutes like the person told me they would.
This man was absolutely rude on the phone and then made fun of our relative who has a disability who was trying to get taxi service for themself mind you that relative was at an abused adult shelter he was very rude to her and put her down and made fun of her disability
I’m late for work even though I scheduled an appointment before hand ????
