The service was horrible for my father and his cut was horrible as well !!! In addition, my father is bald and and for $35 can someone explain why there is stil patches of hair ( on his beard) not smooth at all !!!
I chose this barbershop because it only had one bad review. The guy on the phone seem very nice so I decided to come in. When I got there there were three peoples names on the list including mine five people came after me. And each and everyone of them was helped before I was as more people came in they kept checking off other peoples names on the list without asking if I had been helped. No one spoke to me. No one asked me how long I’ve been waiting. Nothing. Customer service is terrible I cross my name off the list and walked out. That’s when they decided they were going to try to talk to me. I will never be back. An hour plus wait doesn’t seem to be worth it. The cuts that walked out were just average.
Started off good when we got here but they don’t keep track of the sign in sheet! So the old guy with the dreds had a attitude and made faces and huffed and puffed when I told him we still had one more person waiting on the list . Yes it was closing time but we signed in a hr before that !!! And then when my brother went to sit down on the chair he just threw the cape over him he just threw it on him !!! He shouldn’t work with people if he can’t have good customer service !!! I liked all the other barbers at least!!
The shop its self is great! Customer service they're pretty nice, what I dont like is the wait for hours why have a sign in sheet if your friends gonna walk up and just get cut before u like some type of celebrity. If that's the case it should be by appointment only, or verbally know that's gonna happen. as a paying customer makes you wanna spend your money elsewhere after waiting for hours what u gonna do we need more barbers in this area or a fair system as a paying customer
Got my haircut from this place for almost 3 years now - never had a problem. I let the goofy lookin’ dude with the glasses cut my hair. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!!! Terrible experience. I was uncertain about him cutting my hair and I expressed my concern to him in a light-hearted, care free manner. “Don’t push me back man (hairline).” This obviously upset him as he proceeded to gouge me with his clippers and roughly buzz cut my neck, which was completely unnecessary. I told the barber that I felt discomfort yet he continued to go over the irritated spots. Running late for class, I glance briefly at the cut, accept it for what it is and leave him a $20 for the $18 cut. Shortly after leaving, a red, bumpy rash appears on my neck. I return the following morning around opening time to express my disappointment and see how he would go about remedying the situation. He flat out refused my request for a 50% refund citing that I had the sensitive neck. He tells me to take it up with his manager. The manager, who’s actually a cool dude, actually did give his best attempt to rectify the situation. But, eventually he tells me that his barber is an independent contractor and he essentially just isn’t his manager. Four eyes then went on to basically threaten me, telling me to leave his space. Rather than cause a scene at 8:30 a.m. on Alessandro I took one trip around the corner to the small claims office. If you got kids, keep them away from the short bro with the glasses. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.
Also payed the $30 to file the court documents in small claims. The issue here is the principal. You don’t deserve full pay for shoddy work and denial of wrong doing. Even if I lose in court his ass still gotta show. Hopefully the day we go to court provides protection for the heads that visit the barber shop on the day he’s absent from work.
I don't know how everyone cuts hair here. But the gentleman that cut my hair was on the younger side rides a mini bike to work with Golden clippers. he was supposed to cut my hair on top but didn't ND then he was rough with his brush ND his trimming was rough. Then he tried to charge me 35 then changed the price to 25 ND he didn't cut the hair on top of the head it was just a line up. He didn't clean his equipment after I asked him to.
The barber told me to be here between 5-5:30pm. I walked in the shop. It’s a bout 4 barbers no one Spoke. He outside talking to another guy telling him he next. It’s 5:38pm and still no cut and I set appointment. Y’all need help . It’s 5:50pm and he still haven’t said anything.I should call the state board.his name is Raul.
