0 stars! This shop commits fraud and does everything 100% illegal. They do not give you a written estimate of how much it's going cost to repair your vehicle and they do not give you a legal breakdown of cost. They just tell you verbally how much they want. They told my daughter that they only accept cash, and they needed the money before they worked on her car. My daughter gave them thousands of dollars in cash for them to start working on her car. She has all the receipts.
They would never answer the phone or return her calls. Whenever she did get a hold of them they would tell her 2 more weeks. This went on for an entire year. We would go up there to check on the vehicle and we were told that we were not allowed to look at the car. We continued to go up there since we couldn't get anyone on the phone and they would lock the door and avoid us ,this was during business hours.We had to call the cops up there several times.
The cops verified that the vehicle was there and it has not been touched since it was dropped off in January. That was 12 months ago.The cop also stated that all four tires were flat, and the keys were locked inside her vehicle. We have a lawyer and we are working on taking them to court.
Please do not go here! They are scammers.
I wish I could give 0 stars ! Company is completely ran by scammers ! Do not take your car here! The court is now involved with these junkies who run the place ! They had my sisters car for a year and never did any work and were paid thousands of dollars ! Police are now involved and this place will be shut down so don’t waste your money
If there could be a zero that’s what I’d put. Terrible communication. Inaccurate responses to repeated questions. Excuse after excuse. Vehicle delivered Jan 2023. Estimate received July 2023. Paid deposit next day. Here we are December 2023 and not complete. If it even has been touched yet. Owner tell us “he’ll let US know when we can come up there” as if we cannot just come collect our property. Legal route required with this one obviously. Very unprofessional. I’m sure the owners will see this and respond with some snarky false response but you can’t hide the paper trail folks…Good record keeping pays….
I took my model 3 in to get some caliper covers installed. The staff was very nice over the phone and in person. They have a cool place to hangout while your car is being worked with tv, snacks, games. They finished the job quickly and professionally.
Quality work, professional, courteous.
Had a fender bender. They made the process so easy- they do all the legwork with the insurance company and parts companies. They actually keep you informed and go the extra mile for you.
Jenna and Bill (owners) are class act people who actually give a da*n! Take your car here for any type of work you need - they can do it all!

I originally gave these guys a great review because they painted my car like new and I was happy at first. I just deleted that review because fast forward to three years later and my $1600 paint job is fading fast. Don't take your car here for paint jobs. It's an expensive charge for cheap paint.
Scammers!!! Do not take your car here ! They steal money!! They are in the process of being under a law suit !!!
