Love this salon. Been here a few times for balayage and haircut. Was happy with the results each time. They achieved my dreams of a warm blonde balayage! The staff is so friendly and attentive. Will be coming back again.

Xcellent hair bar is an amazing salon! My hair is naturally VERY dark, thick and dry. I wanted to be platinum blonde and my hair was really dull and brassy. They turned me into a platinum bombshell in just one sitting! Their products are great, and they smell amazing. Also super transparent about pricing upfront which I loved. I love my hair so much thank you!!!
I had an amazing experience at Xcellent hair bar getting my hair dyed for the first time! I messaged to do a consultation and they were so fast in responding, I was able to go in that same day! I showed Jason photos of what I wanted to do and he was so confident in saying that they could do this for me in one session and explained why it wasn’t necessary to do multiple sessions (I had thought this was the healthier option).
A few days before I even changed the style and color I wanted and messaged them asking if it was possible and they said no problem (again incredibly quick responses!)
The day of the appointment I went at 10am and was out around 4:45. They did two rounds of bleach and then applied the pastel purple color I wanted. They applied a spray to my head beforehand that made it so I had no irritation on my scalp. The whole process was great! Everyone was so kind throughout as well. At the end they dried and styled my hair and I left the salon looking and feeling amazing! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair already! Jason also gave a detailed sheet explaining how to care for your hair after the appointment which was super helpful for someone like me who is new to hair coloring.
I can’t recommend this salon enough. If you’re new to hair coloring too and are nervous, don’t be! Jason and his team are experts and are sure to do an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!
Pace of work is quicker then I expected usually other salon I been too would take 8 hours on my hair also haircut turned out good unfortunately I was able to achieve the hair color I wanted but Jason was straight forward, the environment felt strange since I was the only women in the salon and the working team spoke another language all men they would look toward me then start talking to each other making it seem as they was talking about me. Also the only person who understood and spoke English was Jason. The pricing I was given did not match up with the 20 percent discount and I did not pay with any card so if you are concerned just double check when your there because I didn’t so I was charged extra bucks not realizing until I arrived home.
I’m not one to write reviews but wow I think my hair speaks for itself ????. I can’t express how pretty my hair is and how healthy it feels even after all the bleach it endured. I started with virgin black hair on the top and light green bleached ends. The place is very clean and you can’t go wrong with anyone there, they’re all so sweet, talented, and attentive. Prices are terrific, and they were super transparent about the pricing from the very beginning. I'm so happy<3 definitely coming back 10/10 would recommend to everyone
Very professional place and the only hair salon I trust! I've been here a few times and their service disappoints me. Very clean and modern space and customer service is exceptional. They know what they're doing and will answer any questions you may have. Even after bleaching, my hair felt pretty healthy due to a hair mask they did. Overall, great experience and would totally recommend!
First time here. Did a wash a blow. Was not happy with my blowout. My hair was very frizzy. Not even an hour later, my hair was horrible. Had to go home and redo my hair.
They need to get better with blowing out hair.
