Pam was awesome. In the end, my warranty company made me send my Mini to Annapolis, but she was a HUGE help in getting everything done with them and is one of the most pleasant persons I have dealt with in any customer service situation.
Had some work done on my 530i to pass MD inspection. Spoke to Pam and she is a lovely lady to do business with. All of the work done to the vehicle was done in a timely manner and cost was reasonable. Only reason for 4 stars is because my battery was dead when I came to get the car because the headlights were left in the on position and had to have the car jumped.
They will treat you like family, and never lead you astray. I would HIGHLY recommend Wulff's to anyone with a Mercedes or BMW.
The work is excellent!!! I am happy and so is my BMW.
The prices are fair and they are trustworthy. I feel like I am part of the family.

Needed help with my wife’s BMW 325ci after getting out of the hospital for four days. These folks were very Helpful, friendly and Honest!! They got us up and running in a very short time. Truly a group of professionals. I will be back! Thanks again for all your help.
They are amazing! I’ve been there twice now, and every time the service is impecable. They are a family owned business and it shows in their service, and they always give you a reasonable price for their work. The first time I went in for a brake repair and they had it done the same day. Last time I went in for a blinker light out with the intention to drop my car all day, but they fixed it as soon as I got there and didn’t even charge me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and I will be taking my BMW back to Wulff from now on!
Expensive and the same old try one thing and another. $175 oil change?!!
