We were referred here by our tow truck driver from Gianna's They got us is right away and replaced our 2002 Mercedes alternator and did an oil change. Communication was great and I would use them again if they weren't so far from us. I would highly recommend ????
Seriously, if you need a place to take care of your car, look no further than Wrightway!! They have been taking our cars there for so long now. EXCELLENT customer service, very fair pricing, and they won't price gouge you! Very honest, very kind, great quality in the work they do! Easy to get an appointment! I can't say enough good things about this garage!! Give them a chance; they won't disappoint! Darren and his wife are wonderful people, as is Jerry, one of the mechanics!! ???? ????
I love them!! Had a problem which would have required, according to the dealership, a whole knew wiring chassis. Darren cleaned a connector of some sort and,wow, all fixed!! He is great!! He does things right, no price gouging!! Does what’s good for the customer!! Love this place!! Him and his wife are so nice.
A year ago I had my check engine light on we took it to these guys because they said they could work on turbos. The engine light came back on literally a day or so before the warranty ran out. It took over two weeks... They had to order the part no big deal. But unfortunately everytime I picked the car up the light would turn back on... This happened 4 times. The last visit they called the kia dealership and thankfully the dealership technician walked them through it and it's working great now. It was a bit aggravating but I know it must of been aggravating for them as well. Customer service was fabulous! I am glad we were able to get it worked out!!!
I have used Wright Way Garage in the passes. Just left there very happy. I had several issues which Darren explained in detail what, how & pricing to do. Got some done today & will definitely be going back for the test. Got in quickly with apt & with service. Very professional, nice & pricing!
