Sasha was amazing! We were moving from Tennessee to Florida and all of a sudden we had a gas line blow out on our truck we drive everyday. I was in a panic because I didn't know the area and didn't want to get too far off course. About 4-7 miles down the road on the right at the stop sign was this little shop. We stopped, I got out to talk to Sasha the owner and he had it fixed for us same day. He tried to help keep us cool in the hot sun and even offered us water. It took 3 hours to get the gas line fixed because of the parts they needed they had to keep going out for parts which wasn't their fault. They are moving... actually should have completed their move by now but I would recommend them if you are in their area. Sasha only charged up $100.00 and he's able to take credit or debit cards. They are moving on down the road but you can stop at any store and they can tell you were he's move. It seemed like everyone in the area knew him. He's a very friendly and helpful man.
Great group of guys. Sasha is a real professional and stands behind his and his guys work. Thank you for fixing the AC in my Ford Raptor as summer is starting up and it's getting hot. I highly recommend Action Auto if you need your vehicle fixed and it's out of warranty.
We had a disabled vehicle driving through Mill Spring, and the owner Sasha reopened his shop to help us out. Although he will likely never see us again (we're not from the area, so there's no opportunity for repeat business), he charged us a fair price and had us back up and running within a couple of hours. This is a business that operates with integrity and honesty, and I could not recommend it highly enough.
I was broke down with an alternator that wouldn’t charge. Sasha and his team took care of me and got me back on the road. After swapping the alternator he had to go through every fuse and all the wiring and finally found a wire that was rubbed through and causing a problem. I’m pretty sure he didn’t charge me for all the hours he must have spent finding it. Very fair price for all that work. Thanks!
Sasha is a real stand up fellow! Wife and I were traveling from out of town for our anniversary and our vehicle gave us quite a hiccup. Sasha went straight to work for us and got us going and on our way. Very knowledgeable and prompt with repairs. Thank you for taking a big hassle out of our otherwise awesome vacation to the Mill Spring area. Gladly writing this review from home thanks to Sasha and his team at Action Auto Repair.
Had brake problems coming down the hill on route 26 south of Asheville.... got off and stopped at Advanced Auto and asked if they knew if anyplace open (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend). The manager said "wait just a minute", as she ran out the door. She came back in and said that if we followed the man, who had just left the store to his shop, he could take a look at the brakes. We followed for about 12 miles down a country road, made a left and there was a 3 bay shop with an office/trailer, and a beautiful hydraulic lift. 2 hours later we were on the road with new brakes!

I've been here three times. The first time was a good experience. The second time was ok -- I made an appointment and when I showed up, nobody knew anything about it, but they fit me in. And this last time was an absolute nightmare. The part for my repair -- which I paid for upfront -- has been sitting in their shop for a week. I can't get through on the main number because the line is out. Nobody called me to tell me my part came in. I finally got a hold of the owner's number, and after several calls, he finally answered and told me to come in on Monday. It's Monday. I took it in. One guy was there, and he knew nothing about it. I'm home now, and I guess I start all over again trying to get in touch with them??? Needless to say, this'll be the last time I come to this place.
