I always appreciate Dean's expertise and advice with my car. Recently he helped me out in a very timely manner when I had a family emergency and put in new headlights for my older Matrix to keep me on the road. He's a trustworthy fella.

Seriously, I am a JMU student and I was looking for a place to take my car in case I was having troubles / issues, and Wrench Craft was the exact answer I was looking for. Dean was very thorough, clear and very kind.. exemplary customer service! Gigi was also very kind and able to get me in ASAP when I needed help. Overall, this is THE place to go when you need car help. Such great people, such great service.
Dean and his team are auto shop you dream about finding. He always troubleshoots for the lowest cost and effective solution. No needless upselling or price gouging here. If I have car trouble far from home Dean is always willing to provide advice via phone on solutions. Super honest, very competent, and great rates.

I was new to the Harrisonburg area and didn't know anything about any mechanics. Looked up auto repair on google and Wrench Craft showed up. Dean was very much a gentleman in helping me with my car. I only needed the bolts to be tightened on my powering steering pump. He fixed it up within a few hours on short notice and I got my car back the same day. He didn't even charge me! Wonderful man providing wonder service to those in need, simply because he enjoys the craft. I highly reccommend him!
