Worst thing I've ever eaten. Salty overcooked, and the namesake bao are freezer burned and reheated. Thank God the portion was so small for over ten bucks, I couldn't eat more of that again. The grease hurt my guts ????
I have never written a review before. The orange chicken bowl was terrible. Small portion, I think a frozen stouffers tv dinner tastes better. The bao was foul. The Mongolian beef tasted like gasoline. I have never had worse food. We were so excited to try something new. We love Asian style food. This was NOT it. Both of our entrees went into the garbage. The soup dumplings were okay.
I ordered 2 different Baos - Chicken Teriyaki and Mongolian Beef. Upon taking off the labels, I couldn't tell which one was which by the taste. One was edible, and one was absolutely horrible. I took one bite and spit it out, there was an odd after taste that I don't think should be in food. I questioned if this was actual meat.... its safe to say I will not giving this place another shot.
worst place in the entire state. I've ordered there before and got 2 dollars worth of food. never wrote a review but doing this to help others. mistakenly drunk ordered them a second time but realized who I was ordering from and cancelled with 10 dollar fee willingly. that is the extent of how poor quality this place provides.
If I could give less I would. The orange chicken bowl was completely inedible. The chicken was HARD like a rock. It crumbled. Smallest portion size compared to rice. The baos were okay but ugh and the pot stickers were dry and gross. Never. Never. NEVER order from here.
Thankfully got a refund through Skip The Dishes.
This is the first review I’ve ever written. I am actually shocked… I got 2 dishes and they combined for maybe 3/4 of a meal, tiny portions. The “orange chicken” is just sauce lazily poured over fried chicken. Rice soggy, 0 sauce included. Genuinely shocked and will actively tell people how garbage this place is.
Buyer beware. The food you order from Wow Bao comes from a ghost kitchen located inside a TGI Friday. It’s right there on my receipt.
Fried rice was bland, soggy and the portion size was laughably small.
Potstickers were filled with mush. Zero texture. Almost like they were undercooked. No dipping sauce was included. I’ve never ordered potstickers from a restaurant and not gotten a small side of sauce.
Egg rolls weren’t horrible. But again, no dipping sauces were given. Not even a packet of sweet/sour or spicy mustard. Nothing.
I ordered through Door Dash and was only able to get a $3 refund. I can’t say I’ve ever had a meal as bad as this.
I honestly didn’t know it was possible to ruin fried rice that badly but oof. It was bad. Rice was soggy. The portion was very small. There wasn’t any taste.
The soup dumplings were very small. They were cold. Like not just not hot…like just cold. I warmed them up myself and they didn’t really have great taste and not much broth at all. Compared to other soup dumplings I’ve had these would be 0/5 stars. Frozen target brand are better.
The bao buns were okay. Better than the rest of what we got. But not great.
