5 well deserved stars! Was able to get me in quick, very nice and knowledgeable guys! Went above and beyond to contact me on what was going on with my truck. Then when I picked my truck up, Josh took the extra time to explain what he did to fix it. Will definitely return in the future and will for sure send them more business! ????
Josh is awesome. Took great care of my jeep after I had a botch job done at a previous shop prior to coming to Worrells. Gave me a proper diagnoses and kept me in the loop every step of the way. You can trust these guys, highly recommend!
I was really disappointed. I took my car there to get fixed which we come to conclusion the motor was shot. .when I called every time checking on it he seemed annoyed at answering the phone .sometimes even rude. Then when he towed my car only across town for$80. Boy did he make a dollar. Then I opened up hood of car and everything was just taken apart of motor and NOT put back together properly..this is very unprofessional. Plugs out and everything!!!! I will never take my cars there again . This guy has too many clients and is totally stressed out every min. I'm sorry this guy is so angry. And yes, I wrote this after I had talked to another mechanic and he seen it.
I heard great things about this place, boy was I wrong! They ended up charging me $500+ for parts/labor I didn’t need because of their miscommunication. Not once did they take ownership for their mistakes and I’m left with the bill. They also ordered parts without my approval, I had to call them to get an update on my car and that’s when David mentioned it’s taking longer because they had to order a $120.00 part. Both David and Josh threw another shop under the bus several times, and this shop sends them tons of business. Bad business practices, poor communication & an attitude for no reason. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here!
Josh is very nice & helps with anything I need & ALWAYS gets me in & out super fast. This is the place to go for all your car needs.
Awesome ppl, Josh does a wonderful job, his wife is superb behind the desk plus everything else she does. Great prices, they won't screw you.... How many places can u say that about? Plus Josh stands behind his work 100%.
