It was filthy. The tables were not washed down. The napkin holder was so built up with sticky dirt. Then I went to the bathroom! Omg! I don't review places but it was so bad and the food wasn't good either. I can't say anything good. They were polite but that's all the good can say. A waste of almost 60 dollars for me and my husband to not eat what we paid for.
My personal observation of this restaurant is that it is very dirty. As we walked in I noticed the windows were dirty, that should have been my signal to turn around..The inside is disgusting, the wall behind the soda area is splashed with soda and it has not been cleaned for a while. There is food on the floor every where. The chicken is dry as is the fried rice. Not sure about other food I didn't try it.. only one selection of sushi. Salad was covered in ice, Do not waste your money ... definitely overpriced.
Sadly, this used to be a favorite place, but not anymore. The service is nonexistent, the food bland, dried out, overcooked, sad choices basicly awful, not edible. Went a couple of months ago and not impressed. Gave it another try tonight for dinner, and it was even worse. The atmosphere was terrible. Sat in a booth that the bench kept tipping and the seat moved when getting in or out. Will not be back any time soon. ????
I've only gone to pickup food here for doordash. The front door is disgusting and looks like it's never been cleaned. I would never eat here and don't understand why people order from here and why the health dept hasn't closed it down yet.
Place was horrible. I went there with my son we had to pay before we ate, as we went to pick our seats we noticed the upholstery on the chairs was torn up and dirty. Honestly felt like leaving just by the appearance of the place but I stayed. The food was all cold and over cooked we tried a couple of plates trying a bite of a few of the different dishes offered hoping something would be good. We ended up leaving and going leaving and going elsewhere. I have now spent the entire night hugging the toilet I will never be back.
The food was cold and very dry. Not worth wasting your money. Very poor customer service felt like we were an inconvenience to them.
I have mixed feelings about this place bathroom it was clean but it smells like mold in the bathroom. food was kind of dry but it should have been moist
You have to pay before you go to the buffet. At time didn't know there was no waitress so I left tipped on the receipt I not knowing the only person that was there that I felt like it was close to waitress was the lady that was cleaning the whole floor in the lobby and grabbing all the plates I gave her a $5 tip because I felt like she was doing it on her own people came out of the kitchen to put food out we're not wearing their covid-19 mask right or wearing glove even without covid-19 they're supposed to wear gloves so I don't think they're cooking with their gloves on that was my mixed feeling about that
Ask them if they had any tea I was told yes but there was no tea this is when I realized there was no waitress because you had to get your own drink that was disappointing do not have a waitress but it was okay and no wontons but I will say the price for the establish was a reasonable price then the other place on 1st Street but you pay for what you get so for me it was a mixed feeling not in a hurry to go back
A small hole in the wall and a bunch of food crumbs on the middle of the seats close to the walls. Gum underneath the tables and let's just say a stain on a plate (don't know what that stain was) Come at your risk and get ready to observe you're surroundings. No really, ????️????????️ for the sake of your experience. Also, check the bottom of your paper napkin holder you'll be in for a neat little surprise.
