Place is okay even though I really didn't love the place. It was all very basic coney food.
I ordered a quesadilla with chili on the side. It was about what you'd expect. The quesadilla lacked flavor and the chili was, well, chili.
You have to walk up stairs in order to use the restroom. Keep that in mind.
Overall, this place is a typical coney island. Not much more than that to expect.
Just your average coney. I’m concerned with the freshness of the food. I’m very picky so I always give things more than one opportunity. Ehh food is basic.
Don’t forget the lady at the register who informs only some guest of the $.30 Card usage fee. I had to overhear this information by her informing the guest that was after me in line before they paid.
Everyone is so kind, great recommendations, if you get Chelsea as your server she will make you the best strawberry lemonade. She was so sweet and the food was so delicious and well priced
NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN! ROACH crawled up the wall in our booth during eating. Told waitress and she kept implying the store was "sprayed" the day before. Waitress reached right over us and our food trying to shoo away the roach then said "I hate squishing them!" Waitress let roach crawl down the wall and under our table while we still had our food
Waitress then called owner/manager over to our booth to try and reiterate the store was sprayed the day before. Waitress told us to move to another table, bringing our food, and yelled if we wanted a discount and said we would get one
Waitress brough over receipt with NO discount and that was mentioned. She seemed to pretend like she didn't notice. When she brought over the discounted receipt, there was only a $6 difference. We asked why the total was still close to the original receipt. Waitress said that owner/manager only took off our drinks -- we ordered a coffee and lemonade, our meals were $10 each. Waitress insisted that was polite of him, and the best discount he could give. we were further insulted by that.
The wait staff is wonderful and the cook( who I assumes owns it) actually checked on us. The atmosphere in the restaurant felt like I was eating at restaurant back home in Minnesota. The diner felt like an old school diner. I would highly recommend going here for breakfast or brunch.
Great Place to enjoy good, real delicous Food. People are extremely friendly. I had the Woodward skillet and it was perfekt.

My Hungry Man Omelette was excellent. This is a diner so we’re looking for a quick, hearty meal that’ll fill you up. Woodward Coney more than delivered, and it’s a very nice (surprisingly huge) restaurant on the inside.
I have no idea what others are saying about the customer service. I had exceptional service and the waitress I had was one of the highlights of my trip. Affordable, tasty, and affable, I’ll be back very soon
The Philly steak & cheese was awesome, and our waitress was awesome, I wish I had more to tip her. The cooks were very good and responsive too.
