The owners are very friendly, sociable and are able to get you in fast. My check engine light came on and had to have oxygen sensor changed, and thank goodness my warranty covered part the first time because my light came back on again a few weeks later for the other sensor and the warranty covered it in full and then it came back on again for another sensor issue and the owner fixed it without charging and so far so good. He explained everything to me and even took me back in the back so I could see what and why the light kept going off. Thanks for your help. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I don't have to come back again no offense lol.
Hard to get ahold of them to get an update on your car. Calls for hours and no answer no one return my calls. They have some of the nastiest attitudes EVER and mad cause I left them a 1 star but that’s what they deserve. The lady in the front have one job is to answer the phone and it’s take her 2or 3 hours to do that. Let’s not leave out that she called me at 4:45 p.m saying that my car was done and they close at 5 p.m and they left my car doors unlocked. HORRIBLE CAR SERVICE EVER. I wouldn’t send my dog there for nothing.
We took our 1972 Chevy C10 to Woodman Automotive for the transmission to be refurbished. We were told over the phone that our truck was ready to be picked up, but the price had jumped SIGNIFICANTLY! Through discussion, it was found that there was miscommunication in which the receptionist was suppose to inform us of the changes and get our authorization for the changes and added fees, but she failed to do so and did not explain the changes to the agreed upon work and pricing differences. There are people out there that cannot swing approx. $800 difference in their bill. The lack of professionalism, communication, and business sense is disappointing. When such a gross mistake occurs, it takes away from the integrity of the work done; trust that the work was done correctly. Sincerely recommend you hire competent front desk staff who can perform their job correctly. Additionally, the lack of professionalism makes them undesirable to conduct business with. Do not recommend doing business with such a company.
Update: As you can see below from the OWNER of the shop, he is very unprofessional. You can see that the owner is unprofessional and downright confrontational from previews reviews others have left and this is not the first nor second bad review of the staff he has working for him as well. The error was from his business, from the person that worked for him and he admitted it to my husband; hence why they took a "little bit off the bill" to make up for their gross mistake. I find it IRONIC how the owner fails to mention this in his response below. I sincerely hope the owner stops making excuses to people in every response he makes to a review and takes the feedback to heart. Last thing we need is another crooked business and ignorant people in the world. GOD Bless.

Well if it would have gone just like that, I would not have put the rating that I did. I had no problem with the warranty people. What I did have a problem with was the fact that your mechanic jacked up my engine and put a hole in my oil pan ,I had to wait an extra day for that and then find out I'm leaking oil from where your guys did not tighten the drain plug.
Was very very happy with service given from the initial call to me picking up my car .. my transmission was slipping me not knowing what to do....they saw me very quickly diagnosed my car... fix the switch and had me back on the road within hours.... made me do the happy dance... will recommend Woodman Auto highly and i will definitely be back for my car if anything ever happens to it...very accommodating, explained clearly... thank you again so much everyone there at Woodmen Auto who helped me and fixing my car.
Took my father's Toyota Corolla in today to get a Lugnut fixed on one of the tires. I showed up at 11 and was gone by 11:30. They were really quick and did a great job! Especially for such a good price. I would recommend this shop to anyone!
Brought my vehicle in for repairs and the staff worked me right in. Very detailed on informing me of the repairs needed and gave me options. The work was done quickly and properly. And I couldn’t be happier. Was also happy that when the job was completed the bill was less than quoted. That shows great honesty to me!
Had my 350z aligned here over summer. Picked up my car after dropping it off and noticed someone had put about 1 mile on my car. No cool to joyride someone else's car without permission. Then I drove the car for 2 days and it started pulling hard to the left. Got out and I could see the front left wheel cooked inward. Looked under the car and Woodman automotive did not tighten the jam nut on the tie rod.
