Excellent place to hold a birthday party. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When it came time for cosmic bowling, they made an announcement warning people with epilepsy about the lights and having epilepsy myself, I was extremely grateful. Highly recommend.

The people here were outstanding! I threw a birthday party for my oldest and the customer service and all around service was beyond exceptional! Emily, Michael, Owen, and Lindsey are the most amazing staff! They were the only ones there with countless parties and did their job with smiles and constant attentiveness to assure we were having a great time! Thank you Justin for referring this place to me ???? I will definitely be coming back here for future parties and recommend this place to friends and families!

Awesome lanes, staff and atmosphere. I haven't been in a long time. I love the updates and the food was amazing too. Highly recommend

Had a great time I sat in some water. Don't know if people next to me did that or our area just hadn't been cleaned up and I was cold. Next Time I'll make sure I bring a jacket and definitely check my seat before I sit down.

the bartender told me the kitchen was closed hours before the bowling alley closed and that i couldn’t get a simple order of fries while still serving people food, then proceeded to eat fries in my face while we waited for a lane. she’s blonde with the un brushed hair. she was a mess behind the bar, can’t handle a simple drink order. she even closed the bar for 10 minutes so she could continue to eat fries in my face. Then proceed to tell customers after it’s been 10 minutes tell people it’s gonna be another 10 minutes till the bar opens. what a mess.

When you pay for seven people for three games. You should be able to play three damn frames of ten.... That's a bowling game is it not. It's totally unacceptable that you close down the games while we are playing on the third or fourth frame.

This place isn't the same.

Very sad watching this bowling alley go downhill. It's ill maintained. Don't bring your new balls there. The arms to clear your lane will come down while you throw your ball down the lane. Ball returns work half the time. The lanes are always dry. Been going for years and after last night waiting over an hour for 2 lanes. And watching groups that walked in after us get their lanes before our group. Nah. Woodhaven it's a wrap. 6 heavy paying customers. at least $150 to 200+ everytime we walk in there and tip very well.

When you pay for games, you pay for each bowl. So if you have 4 players. The game will cut off at bowl 6 or 7 and does not let you finish a game. This is not clarified at check out. I have never been to a bowling alley that does this. When you buy a game you buy a FULL game whether you have 2 players or 6 players. Manager seemed inconvenienced that I was not aware if this and needed clarification . I won't be going back here.
