True dive bar with a very unique flair. Lots of locals and some very nice drinks. Staff was very attentive. Not one of the cleanest of places but friendly.
REFUSED SERVICE!!! I would give negative stars if i could. horrible staff. We are over of age, and the bartender refused service without even checking our real ids. HORRIBLE experience. i have never rated a bar, let me tell you, if i rate this it says something.
Great local bar! Very veteran friendly and good drink selections. Bar tenders are very personable and the people are welcoming. I definitely recommend coming here at least once.
Back in 1989-90 while stationed at Ft. Sheridan, several of us would go to this place every Tuesday for the quarter beer night and it was always packed. They played a great mix of alt. Rock like REM, and the draft was a quarter! They were supportive of the military back then. I remember the wooden nickel like it was yesterday.
N9 food at time but great ???? neighborhood bar with live music at certain nights Chiefs a #1 will go back salute!
Good selection of domestic and craft beers. Very spacious venue with outdoor seating. Also has pool, darts, and foos ball. Great option if you're looking for a low-key place. They do have live music some nights.
Two great live music jams EVERY week. Tuesday showcase jam - variety of guest musicians. Jazzy, r & b, rock, blues.
Thursday - long- standing blues jam. Both top quality. Come on out. Friendly for single ladies!
Wonderful place to hang out with friends, have a drink and listen to awesome live music.
