First Watch is a great place for lunch or breakfast. I had the Sweet Honey Pecan Salad and the Monterey club, so delicious ????
They also have indoor and outdoor seating. The food is always great plus their conveniently located. I definitely recommend this place
The chicken karage was BOMB and the food was so good and warm we got very full on one each but we were also starving so that's a new feat! But very nice and delicious and quiet
Have eaten here countless times and always had a good experience until the day of my wife’s birthday. She wanted to eat here for her birthday and she always orders the ramen with the chicken in it but removes the spicy sauce because she’s extremely sensitive to spicy foods. They decided not to take out the sauce and when we sent it back to get remade, they dumped out the soup and poured it right back in rather than remake it and she couldn’t eat it. I love spending $70 on food just for my wife to not be able to eat it.
From the moment you walk in this place it's uninviting with its 2 screens to order and pay for your food. Overall feeling is dark and dirty. Very unorganized as well. The food wasn't horrible but definitely disappointing and lacked flavor. If there was a plus the food was out at the table really quickly.
It’s hard for me to find ramen noodles “gross” but this experience managed to do it! Literally tasted like a luke warm bowl of fatty water… Based on other positive reviews I will assume they were just off today or something but that was not good… I had the Tsukemen (where the broth comes separate from the noodles). The whole reason they’re served separately is because the broth is supposed to be overwhelmingly flavorful so you just need to dip the noodles in… maybe their traditional ramen items are better ????????♂️
The food was ok. I had the veggie pho. A overwhelming amount of Red Cabbage and a lot of salt and not a lot flavor. However I gave it a good rating because it’s a really nice restaurant and the workers are very friendly and at least they treated me nice. I will go back and try more food of course and I have been there a few times before. Next time I will try a different dish. The whole menu looks really good ????
The ramen here is tasty and it's a very large serving. You order at a kiosk in the front of the dining room and then someone brings your food to your table. There's no waitstaff per se. Good place to have a bite and chat with friends. Not fancy enough for date night, though. The food is good. ????
Definitely not authentic Asian flavors and bit overpriced. The spring roll was made clean with fresh veggies however the ramen broth was very bland. And, expect to spend around ~$70 for a family dinner of 4. One of those type of places that I can say I’ve tried it and won’t be going back unfortunately. It definitely does have potential though so, hopefully the flavors improve in the near future.
