It's very difficult to find a good auto repair place anymore. Randy and his crew are just that. Honest, qualified and efficient. Everything you look for. I'll be there for all my future needs! I need to ask if he does HD motorcycles! Lol

I wanted to get a Jasper motor put in my truck and Randy, the owner, just happened to be a Jasper rep ???? Not only did he come out to introduced himself to me but he was kind, respectful and professional.

I am extremely happy with the work done on my truck and I have a appointment to take my son's car there in 2 days.

Love the detail of getting a repair done correctly and they try to help you by getting the cheapest price for you without sacrificing quality.

Unfortunately with the demands for areas lack of filling jobs make it tough to do something quickly, cause shop in area is short staffed.

Communication with Randy is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a new mechanic due to my old mechanic going out of business. Took a while and a few bad mechanics to find this place. Glad I finally found Randy over at Woods auto, Really happy with the process, pricing and work I received. Safe to say I found my new mechanic. Would highly recommend this place if you are local and looking for a good mechanic that will take the time to look over your vehicle, and not charge you an organ or a leg, I would check this place out.

Finding a shop to trust is definitely hard now a days. But Randy over at Woods Auto is a down to earth honest guy. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and for a fair price. Will be back for any future business.

this is hands down the best auto repair shop in Johnson City. these guys always take care of you. You get the right job done for the right price and I've never had an issue with something after they fixed it. They just replaced my broken compressor, after 3+ years of me coming here, and that sweet sweet AC is heavenly. So grateful to come to these guys any time I can. I'll never go anywhere else unless I have an emergency out of town.

Very helpful and reasonably priced! They just mounted and balanced 4 new tires for me, but they got me in on short notice and and he was very busy that day, so I was very pleased with service.
