My family was having a really rough time farming. Both tractors broke down and we had hay on the ground. I called and spoke with Ryan there. I told him I really need my radiator for our tractor repaired today. I told him I am driving 75 miles to get there and wanted to make sure he could get to it. He said if it is repairable he would do his best. I got there at 0945. He had me going within an hour. He was great, the price was great and he really saved my day!! This is a great place to do business. I sure appreciate it and could not have asked for better service!! Thanks again!

Had my trucks radiator fixed the next day by 2:00. Would highly recommend them if you need a radiator replaced.

My wife, our puppy and I were driving from up north to our home in Florida. As Murphy's Law would of course dictate, our cars air conditioning completely died, as we drove south, on literally the hottest day of the year!! (Literally)

This, of course happened on a Sunday, when every auto repair shop was closed. We checked into a hotel and waited with bated breath until Monday morning to see if by some miracle I could get help with the AC QUICKLY as we needed to get home to a friend's funeral and see my 93 year old Dad.

As panic set in more deeply and deeply with every mile we drove, we realized opening the windows had absolutely no effect at all in the seriously oppressive heat. We stopped at the local Advance auto parts store who were also very, very helpful .

I went and met with the owner\ manager, Ryan, who could not have been more helpful!! He immediately understood my very difficult travel predicament!!

By 12 Noon, the new compresor that needed to be special ordered that morning had arrived at Winstead and by 1:30 PM was fully installed. BOTTOM LINE:: Ryan had immediately tested my entire AC system, determined a new compressor was needed ((BTW...provided a thorough explanation as to why), gave me a very fair, honest and reasonable price and jumped on getting the work done ASAP. All performed competently and professionally!!

NO ONE in Durham gave me a better quote for my A/C, water pump, or Radiator, and saved myself a LOT of money, just because my SUV is a Lincoln.
