I was little worried about the angry old lady reviews but she was very nice to me. Placed a double order of wings and fries. I qualified for a promotion while in store and was gifted a six piece boneless wings.
The wings I ordered were decent but the fries had a sweet taste to them that wasn't nasty just a bit awkward. For the six piece boneless I ordered the maple siracha and they were way to sweet; tasted like they were saturated in pancake syrup.
Overall, I would try this establishment again and please everyone be nice to the lady and maybe she'll do the same in return.
In a brief review, avoid.
The wait was 45 minutes for a 6 wing combo. Barely any sauce was on the wings. Seasoned fries were under cooked, soggy with very little seasoning. The Cashier was loud and talking about some personal nonsense instead of helping customers. It’s not worth it. The establishment is filthy, looks as if it barely gets wiped down. I won’t waste my money again.
With Super Bowl Sunday coming up, we decided to PRE ORDER our food, so we can pick up and get back home. I placed my order on Saturday before the Super Bowl, they took my money SATURDAY when I placed my order. Sunday my order was supposed to be picked up at 6pm. We got there a little after 6, for them to have NO RECORD of my order or the fact that they took my money for that order… this location never has to worry about me ordering from them again, because here it is 7pm and still no food for Super Bowl Sunday.
The people who work here are rude and obnoxious, I don’t even understand how they be getting hired, I walk in and nobody takes my order, they’re to busy cooking other peoples food , so you’re telling me theres nobody to be the cashier??? If you’re understaffed, HIRE NEW PEOPLE it’s not rocket science. I sat there for 13 minutes until someone took my order , then when I FINALLY do get my food they give me a 8 piece ( I ordered a ten piece) and the wrong flavors like wow worst location ever !! wish I could give it ZERO stars .
Absolutely awful. Looks like someone got tired of cutting the potatoes for the fries and decided to leave these big chunks.
First of all don’t go here, it took 46mins to get my food that of course I did not want anymore. After about 36 mins of me asking them what’s taking so long to get my food they STARTED to prepare it so it took them another 15 mins to get it out. Every surface in that place was STICKY even the wrapped forks were sticky. The place was disgusting and the service was HORRENDOUS. This is my first time at a Wingstop and it is most definitely my last. I get faster service at a Buffalo Wild Wings than here.
Uber eats driver came in to pick up two orders. Lady at the pick up window first said the two orders were not ready yet. So i wait about ten minutes later and they say “the orders were already picked up.” If the orders were already picked up, you should have said this from the very beginning but to have somebody wait ten minutes asssuming the order was being made and then go “order already picked up and we are not able to remake the order” is unacceptable customer service and I will NOT come back here ever again. DO NOT RECOMEND!!!

I experienced a micromanaging manager at her finest.
Lobby full of customers and maybe 20 bags sitting ready to be handed out.
Crickets.
Meanwhile, my break is coming to an end a
t a high volume shopping center ...this manager is at the end of the line of the cooks not producing.
I hate to have to write this but it is nessacery.
I was NOT impressed.
In addition to all this , she wanted to be the cashier too.
And I want to also mention that there were more than enough workers willing to hand bags out, but were stopped by a micromanager.
Side note , My Voodoo fries were 1 star because they sat so long, thanks manager
