arriving at wing stop after a long day to not only wait over 15 minutes for my wings but to not even GET MEAT. I will attach pictures of the crumbs they gave me with zero meat inside. Disgusting. not only that the entire windows where you look in were boarded up with plastic. also the dining room was closed why I have no ideas. Just upset and angry.
Me and my girlfriend went there to eat 4/5/24 service was bad, place was extremely dirty. Every table had food crumbs , leftovers, napkins, tables were sticky if they didn’t have crumbs, the pop machine was extremely dirty, and so where the floors, cashier was talking on the phone while attending customers and the whole line cook were leaning on the prep tables, while the place was filthy.There was no sense of management avoid this location.
Would not take orders, but also couldn’t explain why he wasnt able to take orders.
This was during lunch rush 12:25pm 04/25 to be exact.
No sign on door to let you know anything.
Be careful! I recommend do not eat here!!!! Purchase wings with fries from here last night and Imy son and I got EXTREMELY ILL. I vomited so much I popped my vessel in my eye. Called to notify them of this and possibly bad load of food and I was ask to call back as they could not help me. Please be careful out there.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came here on a Sunday evening to eat out with my family they told me the dining area was closed due to me asking them wipe the table off the entire dining area ALL TABLES was dirty. Including the restrooms, pop machine was very filthy. Ok I accepted I couldn't eat I made up in my mind I'll just go home and eat another family of 4 comes in and ordered food said he'll dine in he allowed them to sit after he told me NO I COULDN'T DINE IN. I was livid & confronted the cashier & told him he was wrong. I also requested my money back he then told me it was 5-7 days for a refund. It's crazy that my money spend just like everyone else and he told me NO.
It feels weird giving 5 stars for a fast food restaurant but this is the best Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. We got takeout and the wings were so crispy and delicious! The service was great too.
First time in a while my order is on Time and done right, no loud music and place was clean, what a difference, thank you !
I had 5 stars but after today I’m giving it 1 star this place literally went down hill after the Indian people took over, I don’t trust them with my food plus the wings tasted like they ware cooked in petroleum they tasted horrible!!!
Worst WingStop ever, DO NOT go here. Long wait times, no one at the counter and the food is never fresh. I have read the reviews for this place for validation and yes they’re really this bad.
