Where should I start first they ran out of corn after waiting almost 25 mins for my order. second I get home and I live 20 minutes away from there yet to find out that I order was still a mess and incorrect 2 combo orders of 15 piece boneless wings that I ordered two of them, yet to find out that they gave me regular bone in wing instead of boneless. Got fries and they were the worse thing ever. Tried to call and of course no one answers the phone. Very bad customer service. This was my first visit there and will definitely be my last….. America’s Best I’m sorry I cheated on you!

The customer service from the cashier yesterday July 19th 2023 was terrible????there was no ice for the drinks but that cashier was telling all costumers that they can get ice at their homes and that obviously includes us ????
But the guys cooking in the kitchen are very good ????
I had to edit my review, I originally put 4 stars but I have to give them a 1 star now. Food was not good. The chicken wings were so dry it was worst than the ones in 711 that’s been sitting out all day. The fries were soggy. Plus they gave me NO flats all drums. Almost $17 just to almost choke to death trying to eat these mini wings. I probably won’t eat at this establishment or maybe any other wing stop.
This location needs to get better at processing orders.. I have never waited less than 45 mins to 1 hour for my food.. even tho the app says 15 to 20 mins.. I have avoided ordering here because of the consistent long time it takes each and every time.. im currently waiting 20 mins past the time given when I placed my order.. I can't order here anymore.. every other restaurant on this strip is faster by far!!! It's ridiculous
I order on their website at 525 pm. They cancelled my order at 624 pm, I called and waited on hold forever and finally at 638 she said they would fix it. It is now 752 and no wings. They keep saying they are working on it. Called at 753 and the manager said it had been sitting there since 630/7 and Door Dash wasn’t picking it up. He didn’t care that the food was bad, said he was putting me on hold then hung up on me. It’s important to note that I ordered through their website not door dash so they take responsibility.
I wish wingstop would stop prioritizing walk-in orders and make the pickup orders first. We ordered online and waited extra time before heading to the restaurant because we know wingstop takes a long time. However this wingstop is probably the slowest one I have ever been to. Upon entrance, we were told to wait another 8 minutes. Fine. However we ended up waiting for OVER AN HOUR sitting on the benches inside. New waves of customers kept coming in yet our order was completely neglected. It’s funny to also see the sheer amount of people who come back into the restaurant because their orders were all wrong.
I love wingstop and used to work for wingstop but their customer service here SUCKS down to the GM . they answer the phone and leave you on hold FOREVER ! their promise time for your food never is accurate ! and when the wings good their baby wings .
Quan has great customer service, i appreciate the amazing attitude and happiness to help. Not everyday you come across good quality customer service.
