Stopped at Wing Stop to try the new chicken sandwich.
We ordered a chicken sandwich combo, 2 -10 piece traditional wings, and of course I needed to order ALL FLATS, they allowed us to order all flats for an additional $2.00.
When we entered the establishment, it was well lit and very clean. They had some nice relaxing music playing. And the staff was very friendly.
We had to wait approximately 15 minutes for our order to be prepared.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile! I called because I was missing an item, they were so apologetic and even offered me a free dessert for coming back up. A huge thank you to Nick for being so kind and taking great care of us.
Wings are always half tossed in sauce. Chewy. The fries are incredibly soggy. The corn was dry and the seasoning was stale to the corn. Overall terrible. I’m tired of wasting my money here and getting the same result so I no longer will.
I only gave it 1 star because I had to ????????
PLEASE NOTE I VERY SELDOMLY give reviews. its either super amazing SLAP YO MOMMA I'm ordering everyday for the rest of my life (every other week????)

PROS :Me likie the veggies carrots had a good natural sweetness ,Rolls soft & sweet minus the greasy not really butter bottom????, fries perfect???? clean establishment
CONS : #1) clean place ????so clean that the joint dont even smell like chicken is

You know Keke(errr body know a keke somewhere) from the hood when she fry chicken you can smell it all the way down the street. You Know when you driving home smelling what ever you just bought tryna restrain yourself at every red light dont do it ,imma tear it UP WHEN I GET HOME....my car had no such food smell.
# 2) i ordered bone in wings well done. glad I did, if I hadn't ,they would still be alive (basically turned out the way they should be befor asking for them to be well done)

Getting to the nitty gritty..
5 boneless hot lemon
Sooooo....Basically buffalo with lemon EXTRACT (the only sauce i could taste) (why extract tho?)( WHY MANN Just WHY?) Imagine me slapping the table in the Interrogation room.????
There's lemon juice, there's lemon zest & there's lemon extract ,it was definitely lemon extract EWWW( in my Jimmy Fallon voice)
# 4 ) The next 3 flavors had NO flavor/taste AT ALL on them COULDN'T TASTE LEMON,GARLIC,PARMESAN, SALT NO NUTHIN not even a teaspoon of sauce at the bottom (PICS INCLUDED ) I checked because I wanted to dip a fry to ATTEMPT TO TAST THE SAUCE (whispering I know its in there some where my dude)....EPIC FAIL NO SAUCE AT ALL
but I could see barely few specs of pepper and parmesan (I guess thats what it was????????♀️)

! Spoiler Alert ! Not even real butter even tho the roll itself was good after I took a napkin and blotted to death (with my Jim Carey cable guy face on) they were saturated & oily especially at the bottom EEWWWW in my ...you get the point????
WRAPPING THIS REVIEW UP : probly cool for folks who eat anything & tell you its good ( don't trust em yall, they lyin)...not worth the money..I wish they would give me my money back. glad I ordered a little ceasars pizza next door as a back up.
Because the other 16pcs on they're way to the city dump hopefully the rats will not let them go to waste...maybe they will read my review and change their evil ways and make wings we can smell and don't have imaginary sauce on them and use real lemon instead of lemon extract that goes on poundcake.
This was the best wingstop ever in Nile’s! My crew stopped here during lunch for clinicals and the food was fresh hot and came out so fast!

Ordered in the website (since we heard there was a long wait) for 830pm pickup we got there at 8:25 to pick up and it was as though they had been sitting on the counter for a long time. Like other reviews before ours.... The food is definitely not fresh. I ordered the fries extra done due to the reviews saying their fries were soggy. The fries and wings were both cold - not even warm. Should have listened to the other reviews. The flavors were ok. Not sure if we will try again.
I actually enjoy the visit. The woman that took my order was nice. The food was hot. And they have a TV in the Lobby. I watched the game while my food was ready it was awesome
The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was great. Probably the best wingstop I've ever had. They gave my friends and I brownies for doing a survey so gold star :)
